Buddhist question: why does she always have nightmares and worry about death

学佛疑问:她为何总是做恶梦、担心死亡

Why is the fate of life different?

Why are some people happy and others miserable in life?

Why do some people live long and others live short?

In life, why are some rich and some poor?

What is the reason?

Zhuge Changqing made a comprehensive study of the culture of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and came to a conclusion: "karma".

If a person can continue to do good deeds and accumulate virtue, his fate will gradually improve.

Many stories from ancient to modern times have proved that the good fortune of good deeds is true.

Zhuge Changqing recommended that those who are destined to see "The Supreme Sensation", "The Third Generation Cause and Effect Classic", "The Jade Calendar Treasure Note", "Yu Jingyi's Encounter with the Kitchen God", "The Four Precepts of the Goddess of God", "The Buddhist Sutra of the Earth", "The Ten Kinds of Karma", and so on. After reading them, you will suddenly realize that, so it is.

Just after the New Year, a predestined person "Yang Yang" left a message to Zhuge Changqing, saying her confusion.

She said in the message:

Good New Year, Mr. Zhuge Changqing. I haven't communicated with you for a long time.

In the twinkling of an eye, it is a new year. As time goes by, I have a lot of confusion. I want to ask the teacher for some advice.

Since January, I have copied the Sangha Sutra intermittently. Except for the weekend and the Spring Festival, I have made sure to copy it every day.

After transcribing this classic, I have nightmares every night when I fall asleep. Sometimes, I dream of the impossible scene in the world, but the content of the dream will gradually be forgotten when I wake up.

During the Spring Festival, no scriptures have been copied, and no food has been given. Every day, there is always fear of death, chest tightness, and fear of death.

I always feel that I am going to die.

I copied some scriptures yesterday afternoon. When I woke up this morning, the feeling of discomfort immediately disappeared. I don't know whether it is related or whether I am worried too much?

I saw the porridge soup you released tonight, but I can't find the detailed ritual. I want to ask the teacher, can you use the three cups for porridge soup repeatedly? Is it OK to add some biscuits and honey to the rice cooked with rice and millet? Or must I add milk?

I know that in all life from the beginning to the present, there is no pain that has not been experienced, nor any happiness that has not been enjoyed, but even so, I still cannot avoid the fear of impermanence. On this holiday, I am very frightened, and I don't know where this feeling comes from, and I don't know where to stop. Thank you very much for your advice.

Looking back, I seem to have more worries than ordinary people since I studied Buddhism. I know that life is impermanent, but I can't maintain my normal mind. I know that death is more scared and panicky. I always feel that death will come at any time. When I am alive, I can only do something beneficial to all living beings before I feel that I can continue to live. If you are immersed in enjoyment, you always feel that your life will be terminated by impermanence at any time. Is this mood incorrect?

Giving food, chanting sutras and praying for repentance can bring me peace of mind. After leaving these, I always feel that I have no sense of security in my life, and lose the benefits from his value.

Thank you very much for listening to my long words. I think what I feel now is the result of the inspiration that has been created since the reincarnation of life and life. It will be gone after receiving it. Believe in the three treasures and repent. Thank you, teacher.

Zhuge Changqing answered the "foreign" question to the enthusiasts of Chinese culture.

amitabha. If you continue to do good deeds and accumulate virtue, you will get better and better in the future.

1. Confess what you meet. The nightmares, fears, diseases and so on that people encounter are mostly related to the enemies and creditors of the whole life. As long as we focus on repentance and do meritorious deeds, we will gradually get better.

Your nightmares and fears are all caused by the debt collection of your creditors after you have committed crimes for many years or in this life. They have a grudge against you and need your repentance. Just continue to repent and return your merits. Remember, repentance is very important. We must do more repentance. Zhuge Changqing suggested: repent as soon as possible. If you have time, repent until the problem is solved.

For example, if you always have nightmares and worry about death, you should repent to the enemy creditors, attached beings, predestined beings, generations of relatives, ancestors, abortions, baby spirits, solitary spirits and wild ghosts who make you have nightmares and worry about death. At the same time, you should do more deeds such as copying scriptures, chanting Buddhist signs, giving food, releasing life, and so on. It will be better slowly.

2. Communicate with them and ask them not to worry. You vow to do merit and return to them in this life, so that they will not worry, and will patiently wait for you to do merit and return to them.

Zhuge Changqing suggested that you make a vow in three aspects: first, make a vow to return to yourself and your family creditors, second, make a vow to promote the law and benefit life, and third, make a vow to continue to be vegetarian and do good.

3. You are always worried about the rest of the world, which augurs that you have the mission of promoting the Dharma and benefiting life. This feeling is the mind of Buddha, Bodhisattva, good gods, sages, and is also your mission to complete at this time. We should continue to make progress, and in the future, we should have the opportunity to spread the culture of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism with wisdom.

4. How to make noodles and porridge? Don't worry, the ritual of porridge is the same as that of rice.

Noodle porridge can be made of white flour, or millet porridge and rice porridge can be boiled directly, with a higher concentration. When making porridge, cool it down, put three disposable paper cups (disposable, don't reuse) on the clean ground away from the crowd, and prepare a cup of water rice at the same time. After chanting the ritual, pour out the water rice, and put three paper cups on the ground (don't take it away, just put it there).

5. The merit of copying Buddhist scriptures is great. If you have time, you can copy more. After copying, you can donate it directly to the temple or monastery. You often describe the "Sangha Zha Sutra", which is very good and has great merit. Because you continue to transcribe, you have been blessed by Buddha, Bodhisattva, and good gods, which have helped you eliminate a lot of sinful deeds, and the great merit generated by copying scriptures has helped you eliminate a lot of sinful deeds.

6. You continue to do alms, copy scriptures, chant Buddhist signs, which is very good. You should continue to do it. Learn more about the cultural wisdom of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism at ordinary times, and read more about Zhuge Changqing Sina blog articles. Slowly, you will have a leap in wisdom. Come on.

  人生命运为何不同?


  人生,为何有人幸福、有人痛苦?

  人生,为何有人长寿、有人短命?

  人生,为何有人富贵,有人贫穷?


  这是什么原因呢?


  诸葛长青综合国学儒释道文化研究,得出一个结论:就是“因果报应”。


  一个人如果能持续行善积德,命运就会慢慢好起来。


  古往今来很多故事验证,行善积德有好命运真实不虚。

  诸葛长青推荐有缘者看看《太上感应篇》《三世因果经》《玉历宝钞》《俞净意公遇灶神记》《了凡四训》《地藏经》《十善业道经》等,看了后,你会恍然大悟,原来如此。


  新年刚过,一位有缘者“洋洋”给诸葛长青留言,说出她的困惑。

  她在留言中说:

  诸葛长青老师新年好,许久没有跟您交流了。

  转眼,又是新的一年,时光流逝,我有很多的困惑,想请老师指点一二。


  我从一月份开始,断断续续的抄写《僧伽吒经》,除了周末与过年回家这段时间,其余时间每天都有保证抄写。

  从抄写这部经典后,每夜入睡都会做噩梦,有时,是梦见世间不可能有的景象,但醒来梦的内容会渐渐遗忘。


  春节这段时间一直没有抄写经文,也没有做施食,每日总会生起对死亡的恐惧之心,胸闷难耐,非常害怕自身死亡。

  也总觉得自己即将死去。


  昨日下午又抄写了部分经文,今早醒来,不适之感立刻就消失了,不知是否有关联,还是我自身忧虑太重?


  今夜看见您发布的面粥施食,但又找不到详细仪轨,想请教老师,面粥施食用的三个杯子,可以反复使用吗?用大米小米煮熟的饭加水加点饼干蜂蜜可以吗?还是必须要加上牛奶?


  我深知从无始以来,直到现在的一切生中,在轮回中,没有哪一种痛苦未曾经历过,也没有哪一种快乐未曾享受过,但即使如此,我还是无法免去对无常的恐惧,值此佳节,我却倍感惊惧,也不知道这种感受究竟从何而来,不知从哪息止。恳请老师,指点于我,万分感激。


  回头看看学佛以来 自己似乎比平常人多了许多忧虑,知晓人生无常,却又无法保持平常心,知晓死亡,却更加害怕,惶惶不可终日,总觉死亡随时降临,活着的时候,只有做一些利益众生的事情,我才觉得自己可以继续活下去。如果沉浸于享受中,总觉得自己生命,随时都将被无常终止。这样的心境 是不是不正确的?


  施食、念经、拜忏等,都可以给我带来安心。离开了这些,总觉得自己活的很没有安全感,失去利益自他的价值。


  很感谢老师听我这番垄长的话语,我想我当下所感,便是生生世世轮回以来,所造的因而感召的果,受之便会没了,要相信三宝,要忏悔。谢谢老师。

   阿弥陀佛。你持续行善积德,未来会越来越好,要坚定信心。


  1、遇到什么,就忏悔什么。人所遇到的恶梦、恐惧、疾病等,多与累世此生冤亲债主等有关系,只要针对忏悔,做功德回向,就慢慢好了。

  你的恶梦、恐惧,都是你累世或者此生犯下罪业导致债主讨债。他们对你有怨恨心,需要你的忏悔,持续忏悔并功德回向就好了。记住,忏悔是十分重要,一定要多做忏悔。诸葛长青建议:尽量早晚都忏悔。有时间,就忏悔,一直忏悔到问题解决。

  譬如你总做恶梦,总是担心死亡,就要向让你做恶梦的、担心死亡的冤亲债主、附体众生、有缘众生、累世宗亲、历代祖先、堕胎婴灵、孤魂野鬼等忏悔,同时多做抄经书、念佛号道号、做施食、放生等功德回向他们离苦得乐立刻超生。慢慢就好了。


  2、和他们沟通,请他们别着急,你发愿此生做功德回向他们,这样他们就不着急了,就会耐心等你做功德给他们回向。

  诸葛长青建议你发愿,要发三个内容:一是发愿做功德回向自己和家人债主、二是发愿弘法利生、三是发愿持续吃素行善。


  3、你总是忧愁天下苍生,预兆你有弘法利生的使命。这种感觉,是佛菩萨、善神、圣贤的胸怀,也是你此时要完成的使命。要持续精进,将来有机缘弘法利生,用智慧传播儒释道文化。


  4、面粥施食,怎样做?别着急,面粥施食仪轨和水米施食仪轨一样。

  具体可以看诸葛长青老师新浪博客施食仪轨。

  面粥可以用白面做的面粥,或者,直接熬制小米粥、大米粥,浓度要大一些。做的时候,做好粥后,冷却一下,放进3个一次性纸杯(一次性使用,不要重复使用),放在干净远离人群的地上,同时准备一杯水米,念诵仪轨完毕后,把水米泼出,3个纸杯放在地上就可以(不要拿走,放在那里就可以)。


  5、抄佛经功德很大。如果有时间可以多抄写,抄写好后,直接捐给寺庙或者修行道场就可以。你经常描写《僧伽吒经》,非常好,功德很大。因为你持续抄写,所以得到佛菩萨、善神加持,帮助你化解了很多罪业,而且抄经产生的巨大功德,帮助你消除了很多罪业。


  6、你持续做施食、抄经书、念佛号道号,非常好,要持续去做。平时多学习儒释道文化智慧,多看诸葛长青新浪博客有关文章,慢慢就有智慧飞跃了,加油。
