Master Yinguang: What is three conversions, five precepts and ten good deeds
amitabha. Master Yinguang has made great contributions to the rejuvenation of Buddhism and the enlightenment of all living beings.
----Zhuge Changqing
Nanwu Master Sakyamuni Buddha.
Namo Amitabha.
Nanwudi Tibetan King Bodhisattva.
Nanwukong hides Bodhisattva.
Blessed life is limitless.
Confucius, the sage.
The Chinese nation is really an amazing nation.
The land of China is really a magical land.
Sakyamuni Buddha once praised that China is a blessed place and a place for future Buddhist revitalization.
Sure enough, Buddhism originated in India, but flourished in China.
In particular, Dharma Patriarch, Kumarashi and other masters came to China to promote Dharma, especially Tang Xuanzang, the eminent monk of the Tang Dynasty, came to India for Buddhist scriptures, which brought a lot of wisdom and wealth to China.
Zhuge Changqing believed that due to the profound cultural heritage of China, the revitalization and dissemination of Buddhism in the future should be realized through China.
And all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and all good gods are protecting this land of China.
Looking around the world, countless eminent monks and sages, laymen at home and good intellectuals have made selfless contributions to spread Buddhism and let the wisdom of Buddhism shine around the world. amitabha.
One of them is the master of India Light. Zhuge Changqing studied the data of the Buddhist master of India Light and found that the master of India Light, Master Xu Yun, Master Tai Xu, and Master Hongyi were known as the four eminent monks of the Republic of China. Read the stories of these eminent monks carefully, and all of them are admirable. Amitabha, it's all Buddha and Bodhisattva coming again.
amitabha. Master Yinguang is a major contributor to the research and dissemination of Buddhist culture in China, and a practical promoter of the theory of promoting the Dharma and the people.
Master Yinguang (December 12, 1861, Xinyou year of the lunar calendar) - 1940 (the fourth day of November in the year of Gengchen), who said that he was always ashamed of the Buddhist monk, and who admired the founder of the Pure Land Sect of Buddhism, Master Huiyuan, who practiced in Lushan that year, so he was also known as the successor of Lu Xing, one of the four eminent monks of the Republic of China (Xu Yun, Tai Xu, Yin Guang, Hong Yi).
The master of Indian Light has a common name of Zhao, a name of Dangui, a name of Shaoi, and a title of Ren. He is from Chidong Village, Lujing Town, Heyang (today's Heyang), Shaanxi. The master has made great contributions to the revitalization of Buddhism, especially the Pure Land Sect, and is one of the most influential figures in modern Chinese Buddhism. In particular, Master Yinguang settled in Suzhou in his later years, Lingyan Temple in Suzhou (Lingyan Temple in Suzhou is located in Mudu Town, the suburb of Suzhou. There are many strange stones on the mountain, so it is named "Lingyan Mountain". Lingyan Temple has a long history, originated in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Period, and has always been famous for its eminent monks. In modern times, it is also famous for the residence of the Thirteenth Patriarch of Pure Land, the Yinguang Master. Zhuge Changqing recently studied Lingyan Temple, and found that Kangxi, Qianlong and other emperors had lived in this mountain and built a large number of temples).
Master Yinguang has a very high prestige among Buddhists, and is good friends with modern eminent monks such as Xu Yun, Tai Xu, Di Xian, etc. Master Hongyi even worships him as his teacher, and his position among contemporary believers of Pure Land Sect has never been matched.
The wisdom of Master Yinguang was compiled into Master Yinguang's banknote by later generations, which is considered as the treasure of practice for Buddhists, especially the believers of Pure Land Sect.
Zhuge Changqing believes that those who like the traditional Chinese Buddhism culture can read the Buddhist wisdom album of Master Yinguang. Will receive many wisdom blessings.
As for what is "three conversions, five precepts and ten good deeds", Master Yinguang said:
Look at the sad sentient beings. They come from nowhere, have six paths of reincarnation, and flow through four lives. There is no salvation, no return, no dependence, and no trust. If you lose your father's only son, you are like a poor man who has lost his family. Always worry about bad karma and feel the bitter consequences of life and death. Blind without wise eyes, you cannot come out of it.
Dajue Blessed One said that he was sad and showed his life in the world:
It is the root of turning evil into right to convert people to three ways;
The five precepts are the source of cutting off evil and cultivating good;
The ten good deeds are the root of the three actions to purify the body, mouth and mind.
From this point of view, we should not do anything bad, and all good things should be done. After that, we can follow the cultivation principles, and make them become holy. The root of breaking away from greed, hatred, ignorance and vexation is to become the path of enlightenment and Bodhi. Therefore, it is said that the four principles, twelve causes, and thirty-seven aiding qualities are the limitless methods. They also want to get out of life and death quickly and become Buddhists. Therefore, in order to say that the pure land method of chanting Buddha for survival can be created without much effort.
Eh! The grace of the Blessed One is extremely great! Although parents are not enough, heaven and earth are not enough. It's really deep to be ungrateful to receive favors, and there is no reason to repay them. Now you have heard people say that you are not far from thousands of miles away and want to take me as your teacher. However, I have no virtue in my mind, and then I push back four times, but you still refuse. Now I have no choice but to give you a brief explanation of the Buddha's birth and the meaning of Dusheng. I will also give you a brief explanation of the three principles, five precepts, ten virtues and the Pure Land Dharma, so that you can learn from the Dharma and abide by it. The fourth essence, even the thirty-seven aiding qualities, are not known to your intelligence, so they are omitted rather than written. If you can follow the teachings, you should take Buddha as your teacher, let alone not wise; If you do not follow the teachings, you will still bear the grace of wisdom, not to mention the grace of Buddha.
1、 What is three conversions.
Master of Indian Light: Three returnees (return is also conversion, conversion is from white to reverse, and its reverse is dyed into pure meaning.)
First, return to Buddha; The second is to return to the law; The third is the returning monk.
Those who return will return and rely on them. If a person falls into the sea and suddenly a ship comes, even if the trend is to return to righteousness. Sitting in peace is based on righteousness. Life and death are the sea, the three treasures are the ship, and all living beings are based on it. That is to say, board the other shore.
1. It is not allowed to return to the evil spirits, evil spirits and evil spirits.
2. Since it belongs to the law and takes the law as the teacher, from today on, even to the end of life, it is not allowed to return to the classics of the outside world. (Dharma refers to Buddhist scriptures and practices of various methods, and classics refer to scriptures.)
3. Since returning to the monk and taking the monk as the teacher, from today to the end of his life, he must not convert to the Taoist disciples.
Zhuge Changqing believed that the Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha let people achieve the "three conversions", is to let people find spiritual support, find the guiding light. Third, conversion should focus on substance, not surface. The core is to achieve three conversions in the heart, instead of taking the conversion certificate. It is enough to be sincere.
2、 What is the "Five Commandments"
Master Yinguang: Five precepts, one is not to kill; Second, do not steal; The third is not to be lewd; Fourth, don't talk falsely; Fifth, do not drink.
1. Those who do not kill live well and die badly; Since I love life, will things die? Is life worth killing? All sentient beings have six paths of reincarnation. With good and evil karma, the ups and downs are extremely heavy. In many calamities, we are parents and children of each other. How can we bear to kill each other? All living beings have no Buddha nature. In the future, all should become Buddhas. If I fall, I hope to help. If you create killing karma, you will fall into the evil way, pay off your old debt, and spread the killing of each other. There is no end to it. How dare you kill? However, the cause of killing begins with eating meat. If you know the cause mentioned above, you dare not eat meat. Another fool said that meat is beautiful. I don't know where beauty comes from, because it is made of blood essence? If you often observe impurity, you should vomit when you eat it. They are also called human beings and animals, maggots, fish and shrimp, mosquitoes, flies, fleas and lice. It can't be said that the big can't be killed, and the small can also be killed. The Buddhist scriptures widely say that the merits and benefits of abstaining from killing and releasing life cannot be read by ordinary people. When we look at Mr. Anshi's "All Kinds of Money", we can see its outline. Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. Thank Master Yinguang for his mercy. In the six ways of reincarnation, many people have reincarnated animals. Therefore, after learning Buddhism, many people often dream that human bodies are boiling in the pot, and they dream of killing people. This in itself is a reminder not to kill animals. To kill animals is to kill the future Buddha.
2. Those who do not steal, that is to say, they will think of the meaning and will not take it. Those who know the shame of this matter can avoid it. However, in a detailed discussion, it is unavoidable for all the people who are not great sages and sages. What is it? Use public interests to help private interests, benefit others at the expense of others, use potential to gain wealth, use scheming to avoid people's wealth, wish people to be poor and humble, and take Yang as the name of good deeds. When dealing with all kinds of good deeds, they are not serious, such as setting up a righteous school, not choosing strict teachers, and misleading children; Applying medicine without distinguishing the true from the false will lead to loss of life; Anyone who sees urgent difficulties, is indifferent to rescue, slowly floats, or causes accidents; But take the blame; It doesn't matter if you waste other people's money. Such things are all known as thieves. As you live in a good house, I will briefly discuss its advantages and disadvantages.
Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. Everything is cause and effect. Stealing today and being stolen tomorrow are all cycles of cause and effect. It's not false at all.
3. It is not forbidden for people who do not commit adultery to live in the bedroom of common men and women, have sons and daughters, go through customs and customs, offer sacrifices, and have sex with couples, but they should respect each other as guests, offer sacrifices to the ancestors, and not be happy. Although he is his wife, he is also guilty of greed and pleasure, but his crime is minor. If you are not your wife and have sex with others, you will be known as immoral, and your crime will be extremely serious. Those who engage in sexual immorality are those who engage in animal affairs on their own, and report their lives to the end. They first fall into the hell and starve ghosts, and then live in the animal way. They can't leave for tens of billions of kalpas. All living beings are born from lust, so this precept is hard to hold and easy to break. Even if it is wise, it may sometimes slip, let alone fools. If you are determined to practice, you must first know the interests and the countermeasures. If you see a poisonous snake, if you meet a resentful thief, you will be afraid and cautious. The Buddhist scriptures are widely published on the governance methods, and the common people have no chance to see them. When you look at Mr. Anshi's "Return to the Sea", you can know its outline. (Profit is the benefit of not committing, and harm is the evil of committing.) Zhuge Changqing: According to the great virtues of Buddha, Bodhisattva, God of Good, and ancient and modern eminent monks, all those who commit adultery must fall into hell and suffer.
3. Those who don't talk falsely, have faith in what they say, and don't speak falsely. If you don't see what you say, don't see what you say, take emptiness as reality, and take what you have as nothingness, all those who don't have a corresponding heart and want to deceive others are. If you have not broken your doubts, it is called breaking your doubts; Since he did not get the Tao, he was called the Tao, and he was called a great liar. His sin was extremely serious. After his death, he decided to go straight to the Abyssinia Hell and never leave. Nowadays, there are many people who practice without knowing the teachings of Buddhism. When you are in pain, you must be careful! The above four things, no matter whether you are a monk or not, you have to be disciplined or not. However, it is a layer of sin not to be disciplined; The person who receives the precepts has two levels of sin. In addition to the crime of doing evil, he also commits the precepts. Therefore, if he does not commit the precepts, his merits and virtues will be boundless. We must be diligent.
5. Those who do not drink alcohol can confuse people's minds, which is bad for wisdom. Drinking it can make people dizzy and crazy, and make people behave in vain. Therefore, the Buddha made the decision. All practitioners are not allowed to drink and eat five kinds of meat dishes, including scallions, leeks and garlic. They smell foul, are unclean, cooked food is obscene, and raw food increases vitality. All practitioners are not allowed to eat. However, those who have not been disciplined are not guilty of drinking and eating; One layer of sin is to violate the Buddhist precepts. Buddha has forbidden you to commit, so you are guilty. (There are five meat dishes in the Western Regions, but four in this area). Why does Buddhism abstain from alcohol? Zhuge Changqing believes that because many people are difficult to control themselves, it is easy to have various problems after drinking.
3、 What is the "ten good deeds"
Master Yinguang: Ten good people, one does not kill; 2 not to steal; Third, not to be lewd; 4 not to talk falsely; 5. No fancy words; Six no two tongues; 7 not to be spiteful; 8. Not greedy; Nine not angry; Ten is not evil.
The top three in the list; The top four exporters; The last three are Yiye.
Business is business. If you hold and do not commit, it is ten good;
If you commit a crime without holding it, it is the ten evils.
The ten evils are divided into upper, middle and lower levels, and the sense of hell, hungry ghosts, and brutes;
The ten good things are divided into the upper, middle and lower parts, and the three good bodies of feeling heaven, human and Ashura.
There is no doubt that the good cause feels good and the bad cause feels bad.
It is said in the Five Commandments that killing, stealing and lusting are reckless.
The speaker is called useless and floating words, which are beautiful and beautiful. He talks about lewdness and leads to evil thoughts.
A two-tongued person means saying this to the other, saying that to the other, instigating right and wrong, and fighting against each other. Those who speak wickedly say that their words are rough and evil, such as swords and swords; He also hurts his parents and has a bad reputation. He should be rewarded by animals in the future. After receiving the Buddhist precepts, don't commit this. A covetous person who is unwilling to give his money to others is called covetous; The money of others, but want to return to me, is called greed. He who is angry hates anger. When you see what you have, you are worried and angry; See people lose, happy and happy. And show off their power and anger and bully people. Those who believe in evil, do not believe in good and gain good fortune, do evil and sin, speak without cause and effect, have no future generations, despise holy words, destroy Buddhist scriptures, etc. However, these ten good things are all necessary. If you can follow them, there will be no evil and no good. For fear that you will not be able to understand, let me give you one or two examples: be filial to your parents, be disobedient and disobedient, be perverse, persuade people to enter the Tao, cut meat and vegetarianism, keep precepts and chant Buddhism, survive in the West, and escape from life and death. If parents believe, they are good. If you don't obey, don't force it to lose filial piety. But in front of the Buddha, repent your sins on behalf of your parents. We should make friends with our brothers, respect our husbands and wives, and try our best to teach our children a lesson to make them good and good. We should not indulge them to become bandits. In the neighborhood, the local party should be harmonious and tolerant, so as to say the cause and effect of good and evil, and make it change. Believe in your friends, be kind to your servants, and do your best in public affairs and in private affairs. All people who meet their relatives, say kindness to their fathers and filial piety to their sons. If you are doing business, you should seek profits based on this, and you cannot cheat others with fake loans. If we use this wind to transform one country into another, we can eliminate the scourge before it is hatched and make the punishment useless. It can be said that he is loyal in the field, and he is the government at home. amitabha. Zhuge Changqing believes that no matter what we do, we should reflect on ourselves, whether we have achieved the goal of stopping evil and doing good? Have you achieved ten good deeds? Is it against the ten good karma? Do you dedicate yourself to the society and all living beings? amitabha. Repeated thinking and practice will lead to a continuous leap.
令受三归皈,为翻邪归正之本;
令持五戒,为断恶修善之源;
业者,事也。若持而不犯,则为十善;
十恶分上、中、下,感地狱、饿鬼、畜生三恶道身;
