1、 Different Confucian cultural experience

2、 Complete restoration of ancient Confucian rituals and music

In the melodious ancient music, the actors dressed in the costumes of the Song Dynasty or danced or made regular salutes, showing the elegance and beauty of etiquette. This set of etiquette is completely modeled on the etiquette system of the Song Dynasty.

In order to verify the relevant historical facts, Dong Wei, a folk culture scholar in Zoucheng, even bought the version of "Four Corpus" by Wen Yuange at his own expense. Together with six folk culture scholars, he compiled the "Zou Lu Rites and Music" according to the historical and cultural ancient books such as the Complete Book of the Four Corpus, the Annals of Zou County, the Annals of the Three Movements, and the Archives of Meng Mansion.

"The rites and music of the Han Dynasty were the most brilliant, but not to the peak; the Tang Dynasty combined Hu music with a strong openness; and in the Song Dynasty, the rites and music were the most representative." Dong Wei said, "The literature of the first sacrifice to Meng in the Song Dynasty has detailed records of rites and music, and we have found the records of musical instruments and music scores, and even the records of clothing patterns used in the rites and music of the Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty."

Therefore, the restoration of the whole set of rites and music was determined to be carried out in accordance with the etiquette system of the Song Dynasty.

Mi Huaizhi said that the music came from the live performance of traditional instruments such as the chime, sheng, yu, drum and zither by musicians. "From the costumes of actors to the forms of performances, including music, are recovered from ancient records to create authentic ancient ritual music."

Of course, it is not easy to make it original. Because time has passed for hundreds of years, many things have disappeared, and the contents recorded in the ancient books and documents have no physical objects to correspond with them. All these difficulties need to be solved bit by bit. Mi Huaizhi said, "We cooperated with vocal music experts of Henan University to restore the work car score to a simplified score for easy performance; learn from the physical instruments of the past dynasties unearthed locally, and reproduce the ancient instruments; and make clothes according to the records of ancient books, striving for the most authentic restoration."

Zhuge Changqing believed that rites and music reflected the spiritual state of a nation. Today, China should organize music experts to conduct in-depth research, refine and study the etiquette and music suitable for today.

3、 Sacrifice Meng with the refined music ceremony of the Song Dynasty

"Mencius said: the people are the most important, the country is the second, and the monarch is the least", "Mencius said: the old and the young, the young and the old, the world can be in the palm"... accompanied by 60 primary school students in Zoucheng City reading aloud Mencius' famous words, the memorial ceremony of Mencius' mother and Mencius was held at Mencius Temple on April 29. The ritual of offering sacrifices to Mencius and Mencius was also restored in accordance with the ritual system of the Song Dynasty.

Elegant music "The Song of Tranquility" has a long voice. Descendants of Mencius and representatives of Zou Lu cultural scholars from home and abroad look solemn in front of the Meng Temple, thinking of the second sage Mencius.

The sacrificial activity consists of six steps: "greeting the god, initial offering, sub-offering, final offering, removing the food and sending the god", during which the dancers are divided into two columns. The martial dancers hold the trunk (shield) in their left hand, Qi (axe) in their right hand, Yue in their left hand, pheasant tail feather in their right hand, and dance when they hear music. It is a comprehensive art performance form that integrates music, song, dance and ceremony. It is hoped to use traditional ritual music, four and dance to focus on the expression of Confucian ideology and culture, and vividly explain the idea of "the reality of etiquette and the two of grace" in Mencius' thought, "the reality of music and the two of grace", "the sacrifice is completed, the prosperity is completed, and the sacrifice is made in time", to reproduce the grand occasion of Zou Lu's ritual music. Mi Huaizhi said: "In ancient China, this set of music and dance was used to educate children. After learning music and dance, they could have a dignified appearance, advance and retreat appropriately, and be polite."

The first public sacrifice of Mencius in history began in the fifth year of the Song Dynasty. The instruments, movements and dress procedures used were all determined by the Emperor Huizong who was proficient in music. Zoucheng Intangible Cultural Heritage Center, together with local folk culture lovers, has read a large number of related books, including Ten Kinds of Zouchian County Chronicles of the Past Dynasties, the Archives of Meng Mansion, the Records of the Song Dynasty, the Han Dynasty of the Song Dynasty, the Complete Book of the Four Stories of the Wenyuan Pavilion, and finally found the music of sacrificing to Mencius made by the Song Dynasty and the five years of imperial government. At the ceremony of sacrificing to Mencius, the Song Dynasty refined music ritual system of "Huang Zhong Da Lu, Jin Sheng Yu Zhen" was restored for the first time. "The Jin and Yuan dynasties dominated the Central Plains, and the Song Dynasty's sacrificial music for Confucius and Mencius was lost. Now the sacrificial music for the Dacheng Hall in Qufu is the Ming Dynasty, the sacrificial music for Taiwan is also the Ming Dynasty, the Korean sacrificial music for Confucius is the Ming Dynasty, and the Japanese sacrificial music for Confucius is the Tang Dynasty style Hu music. Today's Zoucheng City sacrificial ceremony for Mencius re-activates the Song Dynasty's elegant music of 'Huang Zhong Da Lu, Jin Sheng Yu Zhen', which is the first time at home and abroad. It has far-reaching significance for promoting traditional Chinese culture." Mi Huaizhi said.

Li Ping, deputy director of the Zoucheng Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, Television and Press, said that the Zoucheng Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Center after the restructuring of the Zoucheng Yu Opera Troupe was responsible for these performances. 4、 Related links to etiquette and music culture

     2015年4月27日晚,在孟子故里山东邹城举办的中华母亲节推进大会暨文化惠民演出活动中,精彩的礼乐演出赢得了观众的喝彩。

   全国政协原委员、国务院国有金融机构监事会主席、中华母亲节促进会副会长孙希岳,中国红色文化研究院名誉院长、武警指挥学院少将韩双增,中华母亲节促进会秘书长管昌平,山东万德集团董事长、中华母亲节促进会副会长韩志妙,中华母亲节促进会常务理事、中国家庭文化研究会常务理事、北京市妇联家庭建设促进会秘书长姚艳华;山东省人大常委会原副主任卢洪,山东省委宣传部副部长刘致福,济宁市政协主席韩军,济宁市政府副市长吴霁雯;邹城市领导张胜明、谢成海、李来云、朱运华、朱瑞显、张彦生、王永玲、梁伟等领导嘉宾出席推进大会。

  4月27日晚,在孟子故里邹城市举办的中华母亲节推进大会暨文化惠民演出,以一对母女的温馨对白开场,母亲牵着女儿的手回到“制礼作乐”的年代。开笔礼、成童礼、成人礼、婚礼……追随着这个女孩的成长,观众们领略了一段典雅庄严而又充满文化趣味的“礼乐”人生。经过广泛考证,按照文献记载,孟子故里遵循宋代雅乐礼制还原一整套古礼,雅容悦目,雅音悦耳,观者可以在这样一种和美的韵致中,品味中华文化美、善与从容。
   一、不一样的儒家文化体验
  整场演出由“开笔礼、成童礼、成人礼、婚礼、祭礼、乡社礼”构成,线索清晰,传递着一种文与质相互生发的“文质彬彬”之美。

   诸葛长青认为,进一步总结提炼古代优秀传统文化,然后创新发展适合当代的文化礼仪,那么将是对儒家的极大贡献。
  当进行到“成人礼”阶段时,台下的观众纷纷表示对此并不陌生。原来,去年高考结束后,邹城市非物质文化遗产传承中心曾在孟庙开展了“十八岁的选择——我的成人礼”活动,免费向刚刚结束高考的学生提供“成人礼”的体验。当时,有不少家长带着孩子前来订制“成人礼”。
  我国古代就非常重视成人礼,男子二十岁行冠礼、女子十五岁行笄礼,现代则以十八岁冠(笄)礼为“成人之资”,所谓“已冠而字之,成人之道也”。邹城市非物质文化遗产传承中心主任米怀志是这一礼仪活动的导演,他说:“回想当时的情景我记得还很清楚,在孟庙亚圣殿前,正者对冠者吟颂祝辞,冠者接受三次加冠、行拜礼,象征他们由孩童转为顶天立地的大人。”
  观“成人礼”,或者直接感受“成人礼”,成为参与者一种不可替代的文化体验。米怀志说:“通过这样一种‘仪式’化的‘成人礼’宣告人生进入某个阶段,由此教化年轻人,提醒他们要担负起这个阶段的人生责任。仪式性的礼仪最重要的意义在于教化。” 
   二、完整恢复古时儒家祭祀孟子礼乐

   悠扬的古乐中,演员们着宋代服饰或翩翩起舞或规制行礼,举手投足间流露着礼仪的典雅华美。这一整套礼仪,完全仿宋代礼制编排而成。
  为了考证相关史实,邹城市民间文化学者董伟甚至自费购买了文渊阁版本的《四库全书》。他与6名民间文化学者一起,依据《四库全书》、《邹县志》、《三迁志》、《孟府档案》等历史文化古籍共同整理了“邹鲁礼乐”。

   “汉代礼乐最为辉煌,但未达到高峰;唐代结合了胡乐,开放性较强;而在宋代首次祭孟,其礼乐最具代表性。”董伟说,“宋代首次祭孟的文献对礼乐有详细的记载,我们发现了对乐器和乐谱的记载,乃至宋徽宗钦定的礼乐所用衣服图案的记载。”
  由此,对整套礼乐的恢复,就确定按照宋代礼制进行。
  米怀志介绍说,乐曲来自于乐师运用编钟、笙、竽、鼓、古筝等传统乐器的现场演奏。“从演员的服饰,到演出的形式,包括音乐都从古代的记载中恢复而来,打造原汁原味的古代礼乐。”
  当然了,要做到原汁原味很不容易。因为时光流逝了几百年,很多东西已经消失了,典籍文献中记载的内容,现在也早已经没有了实物与之对应。这些困难,都要一点一点解决,米怀志说:“我们与河南大学声乐专家合作,将工车谱恢复成简谱便于演奏;借鉴本地出土的历代乐器实物,重新仿制古代乐器;并按照典籍记载制作服装,力求最真实的还原。”

  诸葛长青认为,礼乐反映一个民族的精神状态。今日中国要组织音乐专家深入研究,提炼研究适合今天的礼乐。
   三、以宋代雅乐礼制祭孟礼
  “孟子曰:民为贵,社稷次之,君为轻”、“孟子曰:老吾老以及人之老,幼吾幼以及人之幼,天下可运于掌”……伴随着邹城市60名小学生大声诵读孟子名言,纪念孟母孟子大典4月29日在孟庙举行。祭孟母孟子的礼仪,同样也是遵照宋代礼制恢复而来。
  雅乐《凝安之曲》声声悠长,来自海内外的孟子后裔、邹鲁文化学者代表们在孟庙前神情肃穆,追思亚圣孟子。

   此次祭祀活动由“迎神、初献、亚献、终献、撤馔和送神”六个步骤构成,其间舞生分两列,武舞者左手持干(盾),右手持戚(斧),文舞者左手持籥,右手持雉尾羽,闻乐起舞。是集乐、歌、舞、礼为一体的综合性艺术表演形式,希望用传统礼乐、四佾舞等集中表现儒家思想文化,形象地阐释孟子思想中“礼之实,节文斯二者是也;乐之实,乐斯二者”、“牺牲既成,粢盛既絜,祭祀以时”的思想,再现邹鲁礼乐的盛况。米怀志介绍说:“中国古代用这套乐舞教育子弟,学习了乐舞,就可以容貌端庄,进退得当,彬彬有礼。”
  历史上第一次公祭孟子开始于宋政和五年。所用乐器、乐章、服饰程序均为精通音乐的徽宗皇帝钦定。邹城市非物质文化遗产中心联合本地民间文化爱好者,遍阅《邹县历代县志十种》、《孟府档案》、《日本宫内省宋元汉籍》、《文渊阁四库全书》等大量相关书籍,终于找到宋政和五年御制祭祀孟子乐章,于此次祭孟大典首次恢复使用“黄钟大吕,金声玉振”的宋代雅乐礼制。“金、元入主中原,宋代祭祀孔孟乐章散失。现曲阜大成殿祭祀乐章为明代,台湾祭祀乐章也为明代,韩国祭祀孔孟为明代,日本祭祀孔子为唐代风格胡乐,今天邹城市祭祀孟子大典重新启用‘黄钟大吕、金声玉振’的宋代雅乐,为国内外首次。对弘扬中华传统文化意义深远。”米怀志说。
  邹城市文广新局副局长李平介绍,承担这些演出任务的,是邹城市豫剧团改制后的邹城市非物质文化遗产传承中心。“除了平时的文化惠民演出之外,非遗传承中心还专门成立了‘邹鲁里乐团’,一直在两孟景区向游客展示邹鲁传统的礼乐文化。这次演出及祭孟仪式,就是在平时的演出上作了进一步提升,以最好的水准来呈现我们传统文化中的礼乐之美。”诸葛长青曾经翻阅历史文化典籍,礼乐文化始终伴随中华朝代发展,这是一种民族文化的提醒。
    四、礼乐文化相关链接
  “礼”与“乐”是我国古代伟大的教育家、思想家孔子所创立的儒家思想体系中的核心价值观念。以孔子为代表的儒家学派所倡导的文化就是以“礼”与“乐”为理论基础的“礼乐文化”。
  儒家礼乐文化的宗旨,就是将日常生活中形成的各种规范制度化,并借助制度的力量进一步确认、强化和维护宗法等级社会的秩序和规范;就是通过对人们的衣饰器物、周旋揖让以及音乐舞蹈作出许多具体详细规定,使每个人都培养起自己的社会角色意识,即在复杂的社会关系中,明确自己的身份和所处的地位。

   人们在接受“礼”的约束,践行“礼”的要求的过程中,在潜移默化中逐渐适应礼乐的规范,最终培养形成循礼守制、不逾名分的风习,并在思想深处认同和接受“礼”的要求和约束,培养起与礼相适应的道德操行,最终形成守礼、行礼的自觉意识和以礼自律的能力。

    诸葛长青认为,传统文化礼乐体现了:礼敬天地、国泰民安,长幼有序、慎终追远,仰慕圣贤、志存高远,天籁之音、震撼人心,色彩鲜艳、赏心悦目,文武之道、砥砺斗志等等,令人为之精神振奋、感慨万千。儒家文化礼乐,当大力弘扬、传承万代......

   在“礼”的规范下,每个社会成员都在严格的等级序列中明确了自己的定位,充当着特定的社会角色,尊卑上下、长幼亲疏各有分寸而不淆乱,人们各就其位,各司其职,各安其分,各奉其事,各得其所。“序”立则“纲”举,则“名”正。“纲”举“名”正,则“家正”、“国正”、“天下定”,社会就会秩序井然、和谐稳定。诸葛长青认为,今日要进一步加大礼乐教化,提升人们的整体素质,推动中华民族为实现中国梦而努力奋斗。

     近年来,山东邹城市大力实施“文化突围”战略,成立孟子研究院,实施邹鲁文明探源工程,开展高端学术研讨论坛,自2006年中华母亲节促进会成立大会暨第一次全体会议在我市举办以来,该市已连续八年举办以弘扬母亲文化为主要内容的系列文化活动,持之以恒推动设立中华母亲节。

   为加速推进“文化突围”战略,自今年4月份起,该市以“礼承中华美德·义开邹鲁气象”为主题,围绕孟子文化、邹鲁文化、孟母教子文化举办系列集中活动,进一步打响“孟子故里·儒风邹城”文化品牌,加快打造弘扬优秀传统文化首善之区、传承邹鲁文明创新区、文化经济融合发展示范区。集中活动前期,先后开展了“童画邹城·微笑的母亲”青少年绘画征集、“陪着妈妈游邹城”、“感恩母亲”大家唱、“我想对母亲说”、“为爱远征·文明随行”孟子故里第二届百里大徒步等主题活动,为群众体验母教传统文化提供了多种载体。集中活动期间,相继举办了《孟子文献集成》首发式、孟子文献学高端学术研讨会、邹鲁文化城市座谈会和中华母亲节座谈会,随后还将举办纪念孟母孟子大典、《孟府档案全编(后集)》出版发布仪式、“光影邹鲁·同尚和合”国际影像文化周等活动,着力挖掘邹城深厚的历史文化底蕴,进一步展示优秀传统文化的独特魅力
