At the end of 2012, Zhao Fasheng and his colleagues at Nishan Shengyuan College in Sishui County conducted a survey of the surrounding villages and found that the situation of rural elderly was "not very good", and many elderly people were not well supported. We are all scholars from the countryside. We have a feeling for the countryside and feel that it is necessary to do something for the countryside. " Zhao Fasheng told reporters about the original intention of launching "rural Confucianism".

"When I went to investigate, a village secretary told me that if the old man could still work well, if he lost his ability to work, it would become a burden for the family. Many old people live in the old man's house built with stones at the village head, and nobody cares about their illness and death. The rural economy is better, but the human feelings are gone." Zhao Fasheng said, "These make us very sad. Rural construction is by no means a simple economic problem. It is imperative to rebuild the damaged rural cultural ecology and rebuild the value of life and the education system there."

In this context, our Confucian lecture is open. " Zhao Fasheng clearly remembers the day when the Confucian Lecture Hall opened in Beidongye Village, Shengshuiyu Town, Sishui County, on January 16, 2013.

Zhao Fasheng recalled: "At the first time, several old people shed tears. I think it must be the old people who were wronged. Some middle-aged women also went to the class with their children in their arms. The village director said that they were not very filial now, but I think that as long as they listened to it, would there be any change?" The Confucian lecture hall was held once every half a month without interruption. Even during the busy farming season, there were fewer people to attend the class, and they insisted.

The construction of rural Confucianism began with "filial piety".

The construction of rural Confucianism in Shengyuan College is mainly to set up rural Confucian lecture halls and fixed lectures. At first, Zhao Fasheng was also worried that no one would attend the class, so he took the incentive measures. "The first lecture sent a washbasin to the audience, the second soap, and the third towel. After three or four times, they came automatically and no longer needed us to send gifts." Zhuge Changqing thought that Mr. Zhao Fasheng's practice was very good, patient, meticulous, step-by-step, and persuasive, so that people can adapt slowly. We also realize that the dissemination of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism should not be rigid and rigid. We must pay attention to methods, and the best is the right one.

After the class began, Zhao Fasheng found that most of the people who came to attend the class were old people, women and children, and young and middle-aged people were working outside. "The countryside is a kinship society. As long as someone comes to listen to the lectures, they will spread. Morality can spread. What is better is that some middle-aged women come to listen. They are more important, they can both inherit and inspire." Zhao Fasheng said. Zhuge Changqing praised the dedication of Mr. Zhao Fasheng, who has directly changed the hearts of the society.

"After talking about filial piety, we also talked about Disciple's Rules. In addition to lectures, we also let children learn etiquette. There is a statue of Confucius hanging in front of the lecture hall. In August 2013, Zhao Fasheng and others organized a "Disciple Rules Recitation Competition", and the villagers' enthusiasm exceeded expectations. "At that time, the weather was hot, but more than 200 people came, some of them came directly without finishing their work in the field , made a good start. Then, learn from the activists and the leader of the study group. The atmosphere was very good. There is an old man in his 80s who can recite two sentences even though he can't read. Zhuge Changqing's research found that promoting filial piety is the simplest and most effective way for people to start with filial piety. Why? Because filial piety conforms to the hearts of the world.

Zhao Fasheng was still very excited about the recitation competition: "We feel very successful, and the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the people in learning have no problem."

The countryside really needs Confucianism.

During the course of the class, Zhao Fasheng and others also set up the "Model Filial Piety Award" in the village, and selected five models of filial piety. But when the time came for the award, six people came to the stage to accept the award. At this time, some people were not happy. "If she was a model of filial piety, wouldn't our village become a model of filial piety. "If we ask her for the prize, she will be even more embarrassed. Confucianism is about educating people, so we will give her the prize to see what changes she has made."

Zhuge Changqing believes that it is important to stimulate people's enterprising spirit with appropriate encouragement methods. Because people's motivation needs to be encouraged.

Zhao Fasheng said, "A few days ago, the village secretary insisted on inviting me to dinner. He said that for more than a year, the Confucian lecture hall has been too effective. The first is that there is no public disrespect for the elderly in the village, the second is that there is no" swearing "in the village, the third is that there is basically no stealing in the village, the third is that the sanitation has improved significantly, and the villagers no longer litter. The other is that the relationship between the cadres and the masses has improved significantly."

In April this year, Zhao Fasheng and a scholar went to the Northeastern Nomura, where the Confucianism Lecture Hall began. Just after entering the village, I met an old man and an old lady who were repairing a house with mud. The old man said, "I think the people in our village have learned the Disciple Rules very well. The family style has improved, and the village style has become more harmonious." Later, Zhao Fasheng learned that the old couple only have a son, and the father and son do not communicate. After learning "Disciple Rules", my son suddenly went to help him one day and often invited the old man to drink. Now he is completely reconciled.

"Although we have only done an experiment, the village style of the experiment has improved. From this point of view, Confucianism is a special medicine." Zhao Fasheng said with emotion, "This is not because of how powerful the scholars we teach, but because the countryside really needs Confucianism, and more importantly, Confucius' teaching is really effective, and Confucianism is really effective." Zhuge Changqing believed that the success of the Confucian experiment shows that the people need Confucianism, filial piety We need Disciple Gui and wish the Confucian culture to blossom and bear fruit throughout the country as soon as possible.

A year ago, Sishui County opened a Confucian lecture hall in Nishan Shengyuan Academy, teaching Confucian classics, attracting a large number of villagers. A year later, scholars from the academy went to the villages again, offering Confucianism classes twice a month, forming a fixed lecturing system.

At present, the "Rural Confucian Lecture" has opened 49 sessions, with more than 15000 people attending the lectures, and has gradually formed a learning network covering 60 administrative villages in Shengshuiyu Town. Rural Confucian lecture halls have also begun to be piloted in other cities and counties, and the strong cultural and learning atmosphere has gradually replaced the past bad habits. This attempt to root excellent traditional culture in the countryside is now known as the "Shandong Confucian phenomenon", and the Confucian lecture halls in the camera can help us understand this phenomenon more deeply.

Camera 1: The sound of reading in the small mountain village

In early summer, the occasional crisp birdsong reveals the quiet and leisure of Chunshugou Village, Shengshuiyu Town, Sishui County. But in this leisure, bursts of reading sound make the village lively - the Confucian lecture in the village started on time. Zhuge Changqing: Traditional culture must have a way to spread, which is very useful.

"Disciple rules, sage's precepts, first filial piety, second sincere faith, universal love, benevolence, spare strength, then study literature..." Before entering the classroom, the voice of villagers reading "Disciple rules" has entered the ears of reporters. After the teacher Kong Weifeng led the group to read, he began to explain again. "The meaning of this paragraph is that the book" Disciple Regulations "is the standard of life for schoolchildren, and is compiled according to the teachings of the sage Confucius. First, in daily life, we should be filial to our parents and friendly to our brothers and sisters; second, in all words and deeds, we should be cautious and trustworthy; when dealing with others, we should be equal and kind, and we should always close to people with benevolence and learn from them..."

"At the beginning, many villagers didn't want to come. They were forced to come. I also made a murmur and didn't understand. They were all farmers. Can you listen to these things? But after a few classes, I found that the appearance of the village has changed: there are more people who are filial to their parents and do good deeds; there are fewer people who are fussy and make trouble!" said Qu Kaiping, the secretary of the village branch, about the construction of the Confucian lecture hall, "This school is open well, and now more and more people come to listen to it, many of them still have their own children, which is also meaningful for the education of the next generation."

Kong Weilun, a villager, is a "frequent visitor" to the Confucian lecture hall. He said, "We can not only learn knowledge here, but also learn to be human. Every time we come to listen to the teacher, we feel that we can become better!"

Camera 2: Watch the program Yang Xiaodao

On the afternoon of June 21, there was a light rain in Sishui County. The air was moist and cool, which delayed the summer here for several days. In this rare coolness, laughter accompanied by bursts of applause came out of the Confucian lecture hall in Shengshuiyu Town.

This lecture hall is the old conference room in the town. After the renovation, it will play its role again as the Confucian lecture hall in the town.

Today's performance here is the drama "Borrowing Mother-in-law", which tells a story about filial piety. The actors performing on the stage are from the volunteer performance troupe of Rufeng Filial Piety in Sishui County. They adapted the play, performed it in local dialect, and added many local allegorical sayings, which are very popular with everyone. Zhuge Changqing believed that the dissemination of filial piety and Confucianism must be skillful and convenient, and adapt to the villagers' ideas, so that the effect would be good.

In order to see the performance, the villager Li Xin'e came to "occupy the seat" with her granddaughter early in the morning. "If the play is performed well, you can also be educated, so that everyone knows that filial piety to the elderly will be rewarded." Li Xin'e said, "After more than half a year of training here, more and more people come to listen to the show, and there is no place to sit late!"

"The Confucian lecture hall has changed many people's minds. One villager felt that her mother-in-law was biased, and beat and scolded her mother-in-law. After learning for several times, she looked like a different person. She bought clothes for her mother-in-law, bought delicious food, and didn't let her mother-in-law do any work at home." Meng Zhaofeng, the secretary of the Party Committee of Shengshuiyu Town, said, "It's hard to say how many people have changed because of this lecture hall, but the number of people who have never studied is certainly not small!"

Camera 3: The big professor comes to the village lecture hall

"Some people who have money do not show filial piety to their parents, while others who have no money can show filial piety to their parents. Why is this happening in today's society? Who can say?"

"The social atmosphere has changed. Many people only recognize money but not people!"

"You are right. Now there is such a social atmosphere. Some people in some places have forgotten the basic filial piety because money has become indiscriminate and black and white have been reversed. Crows, we call crows here, can feed their mothers back, and filial piety is more human for people."

This question and answer took place in the Confucian lecture hall in Guanzhuang Village, Shengshuiyu Town. Zhao Fasheng, deputy director of the Confucian Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, is giving a lecture to the villagers here.

A story of Zhao Fasheng attracted everyone. A child saw his parents building a house, Just ask: "Why build a house?" The parents replied: "Let your grandparents live." The child then asked: "Why do your grandparents live separately from us?" The parents said: "They are old, they love to be sick and don't care about hygiene. We will be clean if we live separately!" The child then said: "Oh, you build a strong house, and I will let you live in later!" The parents were shocked, and they no longer separated from the old man, And more and more filial!

"This tells us that parents are the first teachers of children, and children learn what they do, so filial piety is also for their own benefit," Zhao Fasheng concluded.

Talking about the original intention of the Confucian lecture, Zhao Fasheng said, "I and a group of volunteer teachers are mostly from rural areas, but now China's rural areas are faced with cultural loss and cultural imbalance, and Confucian culture is actually rooted in the rural areas. To solve the rural cultural desert with the revival of Confucianism is our way out. But to popularize the knowledge of Confucianism to the villagers, we should not only talk about the big truth, but must use the most simple words and the most vivid examples to let them understand."    诸葛长青感恩国家重视传统文化,也感恩中国许多默默奉献的人。

   譬如,中国社科院儒学中心副主任赵法生就是这样一位默默奉献的人。

   《大众日报》记者孙先凯、王红军专门进行了报道。

  这些年来,中国社科院儒学中心副主任赵法生一直在尼山脚下的圣源书院实践“乡村儒学”。他说,“现在乡村儒学讲堂已经走出了泗水县,在济南、潍坊、德州、泰安都设置了点。山东对传统文化的重视,各种儒学复兴活动在全省范围内兴起,这一点走在了全国前列。”
  2012年底,赵法生和他在泗水县尼山圣源书院的同事对周围乡村进行了调研,发现农村老人的处境“不是很好”,很多老人得不到很好的赡养。我们都是从农村走出来的学者,对农村有一种感情,感觉有必要为农村做些事情。”赵法生向记者讲述了“乡村儒学”发起的初衷。
  “去调研的时候,一位村支书告诉我,老人要是还能干活还好,要是丧失了劳动能力就成了家庭的负担。很多老人住在村头用石头垒的老人房里,生病去世都没人管。农村的经济好了,但人情味没了。”赵法生说,“这些让我们很痛心。农村建设绝不是一个简单的经济问题,重建被破坏的乡村文化生态,重塑那里的人生价值和教化体系,是当务之急。”
  在此背景下,我们的儒学讲堂开课了。”赵法生清晰记得2013年1月16日这一天,儒学讲堂在泗水县圣水峪镇北东野村开讲的日子。
  赵法生回忆说:“第一次讲,就有几个老人掉泪。我想,肯定是老人受委屈了。有些中年妇女也抱着孩子去听课,村主任反映她们现在不太孝顺,但我认为,只要坚持听下去,会不会有所改变?”  儒学讲堂每半个月一次,从没中断过。就算是农忙的时候,来听课的人比较少,也坚持了下来。
   乡村儒学建设从“孝道”开始。
  圣源书院的乡村儒学建设,主要是设置乡村儒学讲堂,固定讲课。一开始,赵法生也担心没有人来听课,于是采取了激励办法。“第一次讲课给来听课的发了个脸盆,第二次发了块肥皂,第三次发了块毛巾,这样发了三四次,他们后来就自动来了,不再需要我们发礼物了。”诸葛长青认为, 赵法生先生的做法非常好,耐心细致,循序渐进,循循善诱,让人们慢慢适应。我们也感悟到,传播儒释道,不能死板硬套,必须讲究方法,适合的才是最好的。
  开课后,赵法生发现来听课的大部分是老人、妇女和孩子,青壮年都在外面打工。“农村是一个亲缘社会,只要有人来听课,回去就会传播。道德就可以传播。比较好的是有一部分中年妇女来听,她们比较重要,既可以承上也可以启下。”赵法生说。诸葛长青赞叹赵法生先生的奉献,他直接改变了社会人心啊。
  “讲了孝道,我们又讲了《弟子规》。除了讲课之外,我们也让孩子学习礼仪。讲堂前挂着孔子像,每次讲课,所有的孩子要向孔子像鞠躬,然后让小孩给老人鞠躬,然后唱一些孝道歌曲。《弟子规》不是背的,是用来做的。我们也给孩子布置一些孝道‘作业’让孩子回家去做,有给爷爷搬板凳的,有帮妈妈洗碗的,还有给奶奶倒洗脚水的。”
  2013年8月,赵法生等人组织了一次“《弟子规》背诵比赛”,村民们的热情超出预料。“那时候天气比较热,但也来了200多人,有些在地里没干完活就直接过来的。村支书光着膀子上去背了一段《弟子规》,开了一个好头。然后,学习积极分子背,学习小组组长背,现场气氛非常好。有位80多岁的老人,虽然不识字但也能背两句。尤其是小孩组,一批一批地争着上去背,幸亏我们准备的奖品多。快结束的时候,有一对小夫妻又跑上来背。”

   诸葛长青研究发现,推广孝道,让人们从孝道入手,这是最简单也是最管用的。为何?因为,孝道符合天地人心。
  赵法生讲起那次背诵比赛仍很兴奋:“我们感觉非常成功,老百姓的学习热情、学习积极性没有问题。”
   农村真的需要儒学。
  在开课的过程中,赵法生等人还在村里设置了“孝心模范奖”,评选出了5位孝心模范。但到颁奖的时候,却有6个人上台领奖,这时就有老百姓不乐意了,“要是她是孝心模范,我们村不都成孝心模范了?”原来,北东野村有两个人重名,两个人都上去领奖,一个是孝心模范,另一个人则是“反面典型”,公公生了病还去门口骂,公公去世也不去出丧。“如果我们跟她把奖要回来,她会更难堪。儒家讲求的是教化人,我们就把奖给她了,看看她有什么变化。”

    诸葛长青认为,用适当的鼓励方法,激发人们的进取心很重要。因为群众动力是需要激励的。
  赵法生说:“前几天,村支书非要请我吃饭。说这一年多来,儒学讲堂太管用了。第一是村里公开不孝敬老人的没了,第二个转变是村里‘骂街’的没了,第三就是村里偷东西的基本没有了,再一个就是卫生明显改善,村民不再乱扔垃圾。还有一个就是干群关系明显改善。”
  今年4月,赵法生和一位学者去儒学讲堂开始的北东野村调研。刚进村,碰到一位老大爷和老大娘正在和泥巴修房子。老大爷说:“我觉得我们村里的人学《弟子规》学得很好,家风改善了,村风也变得更和谐了。”后来赵法生了解到,这老两口就一个儿子,父子不来往。学完《弟子规》,儿子有一天突然跑去要帮他干活,还时常请老爷子去喝酒,现在完全和好了。
  “虽然我们只做了个实验,但做实验的地方,村风改善了,由此看来,儒学是一剂特效药。”赵法生感慨地说,“这不是因为我们讲课的学者有多厉害,而是因为农村真的需要儒学,更重要的是孔子的教诲真是管用,儒学生活化真是管用。”诸葛长青认为,儒学实验的成功说明,人民群众需要儒家思想、需要孝道、需要弟子规,祝愿儒家文化早日在全国各地开花结果。

    “胜日寻芳泗水滨,无边光景一时新。”朱熹的诗篇正是山东省泗水县如今弘扬传统文化的写照:一年前,泗水县在尼山圣源书院开设了儒学讲堂,讲授儒学经典,吸引了大批村民。一年后,书院的学者们又走进各村,每月开设两次儒学课,形成了固定的讲课制度。
   目前,“乡村儒学讲堂”已开办了49期,听课群众有15000余人次,并逐步形成了覆盖圣水峪镇60个行政村的学习网络。乡村儒学讲堂还开始在其他市县试点运行,浓厚的文化和学习氛围渐渐取代了过去的歪风陋习。这次让优秀传统文化扎根乡村的尝试,如今被称为“山东儒学现象”,而镜头中各地的儒学讲堂,能让我们更深地理解这一现象。
   镜头一:小山村里的读书声
   初夏时节,偶尔的清脆鸟鸣,透露着泗水县圣水峪镇椿树沟村的安静和闲适,但是就在这闲适中,一阵阵读书声让村里热闹了起来——村里的儒学讲堂按时开讲了。诸葛长青:传统文化必须有传播的途径,这是很有用的。
   “弟子规,圣人训,首孝悌,次谨信。泛爱众,而亲仁,有余力,则学文……”还未走进教室,村民诵读《弟子规》的声音就已经闯进了记者的耳朵。教师孔为峰领着大伙朗诵完之后,又开始讲解。“这段的意思是说,《弟子规》这本书是学童们的生活规范,是依据至圣先师孔子的教诲编成的。首先,在日常生活中要做到孝敬父母,友爱兄弟姐妹;其次,一切言行中,要谨慎,讲信用;和别人交往时要平等仁和,还要时常亲近有仁德的人,向他们学习……”
   “最开始的时候,很多村民都不愿意来,都是硬拉着他们来。我心里也犯嘀咕,也有不理解,都是庄稼汉,能听下去这些东西吗?但是几堂课过后,我就发现村容村貌有了改观:孝顺父母的、做好事的多了;胡搅蛮缠的、惹是生非的少了!”说起建设儒学讲堂,村支部书记渠开萍感慨道,“这个学堂开得好,现在来听课的人越来越多,很多还带着自己的孩子,这对于下一代的教育也有意义。”
   村民孔伟伦是儒学讲堂的“常客”,他说:“这里不光能学知识,还能学做人。每次来听老师讲课,就感觉自己能变得更好!”
   镜头二:看节目 扬孝道
   6月21日下午,泗水县刚刚下过一场小雨,空气湿润而凉爽,让这里的夏日又往后拖延了几天。就在这难得的凉爽中,欢笑声伴随着阵阵掌声从圣水峪镇驻地的儒学讲堂里传了出来。
   这个讲堂是镇里的老会议室,重新休整之后,作为镇里的儒学讲堂,又重新开始发挥作用。
   今天这里演出的是话剧《借婆婆》,讲的是一个有关孝顺的故事。台上表演的演员来自泗水县儒风孝道志愿者演出团,他们对这个剧做了一些改编,用地方话演出,还加入不少当地的歇后语,很受大伙欢迎。诸葛长青认为,传播孝道、儒家思想,一定要善巧方便,适应村民思想,这样效果才好。
   为了看表演,村民李心娥一大早就带着自己的小孙女过来“占座”了。“戏演得好还能受教育,让大家都知道要孝敬老人,不孝敬老人会有报应。”李心娥说,“这里修起来半年多,来听课的看表演的人越来越多,来晚了就没地方坐了!”
   “儒学讲堂让很多人都改变了想法。有一个村民因为觉得婆婆偏心,还打骂过婆婆,学习了几次之后,她像变了一个人,给婆婆买衣服,买好吃的,家里有活也不让婆婆干了。”圣水峪镇党委书记孟昭峰说,“不好说多少人因为这个讲堂起了变化,但是从来学习的人数来说,肯定少不了!”
   镜头三:乡村讲堂来了大教授
   “有些人有钱也不孝敬父母,有些人没钱却能孝顺父母。为什么当今社会会出现这种情况呢?有谁能说一说?”
   “社会风气变了,很多人只认钱不认人了!”
   “说得很对,现在是有这样的社会风气。一些地方一些人因为钱变得是非不分、黑白颠倒,忘记了最基本的孝道。乌鸦,咱们这里叫老鸹,都能反哺自己的母亲,对人来说孝顺更是人之常情。”
   这一问一答,都发生在圣水峪镇官庄村的儒学讲堂上。中国社科院儒学中心副主任赵法生正在给这里的村民讲课。
   赵法生的一个故事吸引了大家。一个孩子看到自己的父母在盖房子,就问:“为什么盖房子啊?”父母答:“让你爷爷奶奶住。”孩子接着问:“为什么爷爷奶奶要和我们分开住?”父母说:“他们年纪大了,爱生病又不讲卫生,分开住我们就清净了!”孩子接着说:“哦,那你们把房子盖结实点,等以后我也让你们住进去!”父母心头一震,便不再和老人分家,并且越来越孝顺了!
   “这件事情告诉我们,父母是孩子的第一任教师,他们做什么,孩子就学什么,所以说,孝顺老人也是给自己谋福。”赵法生总结说。
   谈起来儒学讲堂讲课的初衷,赵法生说:“我和一批义工教师多出身农村,但是如今中国乡村却面临着文化缺失和文化失调,而儒家文化其实是扎根乡村的,用儒学复兴来解决乡村文化荒漠就成了我们的出路。但是给村民们普及儒学知识,不能光讲大道理,一定要用最朴实的话,最生动的事例让他们理解才行。”诸葛长青:我们感恩赵法生等无量无私奉献的人。
   对于教授们来村里讲学,官庄村党支部书记汤金金很是感激:“他们来村里讲课不收一分钱,有时候赵教授还资助村里的困难户。每次讲完课都给村民很大的触动,村里风气越来越好了。”
   “乌鸦知反哺,不忘父母恩……”课堂外面,几位小朋友在排练《孝德之歌》,清朗的童声,让人不愿离开。
