In Buddhism, chanting Buddha, releasing life, giving food, and printing scriptures can change the body and recover from diseases.

Learning to practice requires three elements of "faith, wish and practice".

Faith comes first, vow comes second, and action comes third.

Zhuge Changqing saw that many predestined people were full of confidence, and some were dubious.

Can chanting Buddha resolve karma? Can chanting Buddha cure diseases? Can you become a Buddha by chanting Buddha? Buddha chanting can release

Many people have many questions about this.

Let's take a look at the Jingzong Ancestral Court, the abbot and acting abbot of Donglin Temple in Lushan, Jiangxi Province, Dharma Master Da'an, who said that chanting Buddha can cure diseases and is absolutely true.

Zhuge Changqing believes that Dharma Master Da'an is one of the contemporary eminent monks.

As a university professor, he devotes himself to becoming a monk, promotes Buddhism, and has boundless merits.

Dharma Master Da'an, whose common name is Wei Lei, was born in March 1959 in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. Now he is the founder of Jingzong, the abbot and acting abbot of Donglin Temple in Lushan, Jiangxi Province, the editor in chief of Pure Land magazine, and the tutor of Jingzong postgraduate class. The Dharma Master, who had good karma, believed in the Dharma and studied the Pure Land when he appeared in the university to teach in his early years; The solution leads to the solution, from the solution to the solution, from the solution to the solution, from the solution to the refinement, and from the induction of the intersection. Dharma master deeply explored the sea of religion and devoted himself to Pure Land Buddhism. Buddha chanting can also cure diseases. Really? It's true. Please note that Amitabha is the supreme doctor! The six-character Hong name is Agatha medicine.

What is the meaning of Agatha medicine in Sanskrit? That is to cure all diseases.

The other prescriptions are one prescription to cure one disease, but the only one prescription - Nanwu Amitabha, is one prescription to cure all diseases! We can treat both physical and psychological diseases!

So, why can we treat diseases? There is reason in it!

Because this name has Buddha light! The light of Amitabha is the light that can cure diseases. Our body has many cells. If every cell is in a normal and active state, our body can also emit light! If every cell is in the normal state of activation, its immune system is very strong! There is a lot of decline in the immune system because many of our cells are dead! It is inactive and dark, so it is easy to take advantage of various diseases. Then this Buddhist name can trigger our mind light, and there is light in the name, which can cure diseases.

The Infinite Life Sutra records that Ananda was willing to see Amitabha according to the teachings of Sakyamuni, so he saluted to the west and said that Nanwu Amitabha despised the three Buddhas. When he looked up, he saw Amitabha in the void, such as the Golden Mountain, where the light was bright. In the light, all the realms of the Western Paradise, heaven and even the three evil ways were unfolded. You can see that there is no concept of space in the light.

Our space - the length, width and height of the three-dimensional space, plus the one-dimensional time, is a four-dimensional space, called the four-dimensional space-time zone, which is the realm of our karma illusion.

In the realm of one truth, time and space are integrated. In the light of Buddha, it transcends this kind of space and opens up the realm of two-dimensional space, five-dimensional space, six-dimensional space and N-dimensional space that we can't see at ordinary times.

Then, when the light shines, there are several important scriptures. Please note: all blind people, even blind people, see the light again, all deaf people, hear the sound, all hunchback people, straighten their waist, all difficult diseases, recover, all thin and weak people, all become strong, and all stupid people, all are more intelligent. This tells us that where the light of Amitabha shines, it can cure all kinds of physical and mental diseases!

Throughout the ages, there have been too many examples of curing diseases in the practice of chanting Buddha.

In the ten days of the closing of a million Buddhist names, many monks, including our monks, reported that there were many diseases when they entered the gate, and after ten days, many diseases were gone!

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. Dharma Master Daan reminds people here that to chant the holy name of Buddha and Bodhisattva, you must be sincere and willing, so that you can see the effect. If there is a careless and temporary attitude, the effect will be very poor.

In the winter of 2002, we played a Buddha seven. The Buddha seven read from four o'clock in the morning to nine o'clock in the evening. There was no break in the middle and no rest at noon. There was a monk with tuberculosis before he went in. There was a shadow in his lungs in the film he took. He had a low fever and participated in the chanting of Buddha. But this time, because he had been ill for several months, he felt that the body was too distressed, so he initiated a sharp minded aversion. He felt that the body was too bitter. I was not afraid to die in this Buddha VII this time, not afraid!

He was ready to die, so he came here to chant Buddha. After seven days of chanting, he was accompanied by fever and cold. The last two or three days were more normal. On the seventh day, when he finished chanting Buddha, he hurried down the mountain. After all, it's still personal experience. Although he doesn't care, he really feels that the disease is still not good. So he went to have a quick check to see how the disease is. After an examination and a fluoroscopy, the doctor said, are you misdiagnosed? You have nothing now. There is no shadow. This happened to the monk. He suddenly felt that he had great confidence in the name, chanting Buddha! This can't be misdiagnosed. All the films were taken there, and he was cured of tuberculosis in seven days!

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. If you have the heart to die, you will have a great wish. A big wish is earthshaking. You are predestined. You should be confident and persistent. If you recite Amitabha and other Buddhist names sincerely, you will surely make a leap.

Our Donglin Temple has many Buddhas. Last time I happened to come out and meet a Buddhist monk. I said where you came from. He said that he came from Hunan. He heard about Donglin Temple and the Winter Buddha VII. He liked it very much. He must finish the Buddha VII. He got too much benefit from this Buddhist name! Ten years ago, he was a patient with esophageal cancer. There were three patients living in his ward. He was the only one who recited Buddha. Since the cancer was basically in the state of metastasis, the doctor told him to go home and eat whatever he wanted. In such a word, he earnestly recited the Buddha. Once when he took a taxi to chant Buddha, he said chant, chant, and chant. Suddenly he felt a stream of air coming down from the head of his body, and the whole body seemed to be getting hot. Then he looked again, and Amitabha appeared in the air! After returning from this experience, he gradually recovered from his illness. However, both of his roommates in the same room died. Therefore, the chanting of Buddha must be able to cure diseases, and we must firmly believe it.

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. When you recite with sincerity, you will feel it.

Now, we are also trying to mobilize those AIDS patients to come to pray. AIDS - I heard that this is a terminal disease, but we learned that HIV will be killed when the temperature of the blood rises to 50-60 degrees. If there were a group of AIDS patients, they would be able to go around and see what would happen. If you read less, you must walk seven days and seven nights, even ten days and ten nights. Because we have this experience, after walking for a few days, the whole body's blood is very hot, and the whole head is very hot, as if to emit hot gas. Because when you walk, the nerves and acupoints of your feet will pass through your whole body. When you keep walking, the whole blood is very hot. In this state, it may kill HIV. At that time, someone said that if you can even make an AIDS patient HIV antibody negative, it is a great thing. We can try this amazing thing. We can try it. Anyway, this AIDS, since it is said to be an incurable disease, let's fight for it! Take one dose of Agatha medicine. The more sick you are, the more courageous you must be. Take life as a gamble. You go to the Sutra and chant Buddha for seven days and seven nights, and it will be effective.

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. What Dharma Master Daan said is reasonable. Anyway, he is also sick and idle. Why not try hard? People should be confident, determined and brave!!

People with AIDS suffer too much, especially in the mainland! This is very hard. Those AIDS patients sometimes go to the mountains to commit suicide. There was also social discrimination. There was a man with AIDS who went to have his hair cut. In order to avoid infecting others, he told the barber, "Master, please pay attention. I am an AIDS patient. The barber was so frightened that he let go of his tools and ran away!"! Not only did he run away, but all the people in the room ran away! In fact, it is also because the society does not understand the transmission mechanism of AIDS, it is not necessarily so afraid to know, because it does not know. So we do have a kind of love for people with AIDS. After all, many of them are innocent. Even if they do something wrong, we should treat them with a tolerant and loving attitude. If we are so scared and far away from them, their hatred will be greater, which is not good.

We see that there are too many diseases in the world now! To introduce Amitabha King of Medicine to you, first of all, we should really practice and work hard, and we should be physically and mentally healthy. It is absolutely true that chanting Buddha can cure diseases!

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha.      福生无量天尊。

   佛法浩渺深远、博大精深。

   佛学中，念佛、放生、施食、印经书等都可以改变身体、康复疾病。

   学习修行，需要“信愿行”三要素。

   信心第一、发愿第二、行动第三。

   诸葛长青看到很多有缘者信心满满，也有一些有缘者半信半疑。

   念佛能化解业障？念佛能治病？念佛能成佛？念佛能解脱......

   很多人对此有许多疑问。

   让我们来看看净宗祖庭——江西庐山东林寺方丈、代住持大安法师对此开示：念佛能治病、千真万确。

   诸葛长青认为，大安法师是当代高僧之一。

   作为大学教授的他，舍身出家、弘扬佛法、功德无量。

   大安法师俗名魏磊，出生于1959年3月，籍贯江西南昌现在是净宗祖庭——江西庐山东林寺方丈、代住持、《净土》杂志主编、净宗研究生班导师。法师宿具善根福德因缘，早年现身于大学执教之际，即深信正法，钻研净土；以解导行，由行升解，解行精进，感应道交。法师深探教海，专笃净土宗。早年先有《净宗法语大观》之著，甚得僧俗大众欢喜顶戴；复应中国佛学院教学之需，在净土宗教学基础上，于1998年撰述成就《净土宗教程》，为中国佛学院净土宗学科教学作出了划时代的贡献

     念佛还能够治病。真的吗？是真的。须知阿弥陀佛是无上大医王啊！六字洪名是阿伽陀药。

   阿伽陀药梵文是什么意思？就是万病总治。

   其他的药方是一个药方治一种病，唯有这个药方——南无阿弥陀佛，是一个药方治一切病啊！无论是我们的身体上的病，还是心理上的病，都能够治疗啊！

   那么，为什么能治病，这里面是有道理的！ 

   因为这句名号有佛光啊！有阿弥陀佛的光明，就是这光明能治病。我们身体有许多的细胞啊，如果每个细胞都处在一种正常的、活跃的状态，我们身体也能放光啊！如果每个细胞都处在激活的正常放光状态，那它的免疫系统就很强啊！有很多免疫系统下降，是因为我们很多的细胞都坏死了啊！不活跃了，黑漆漆了，所以各种病它就容易乘虚而入。那么这句佛号能够引发我们的心光，名号当中又有光明，这个光明能治病。

   《无量寿经》记载阿难蒙释迦本师的教敕，愿意见阿弥陀佛，所以向西一顶礼下去，称念南无阿弥陀佛三藐三佛陀，这一抬起头来就看到阿弥陀佛在虚空中，如黄金山，光明炽盛，这个光明当中，把这个西方极乐世界，天堂乃至三恶道的所有境界全都展开了，你看在光明当中就没有空间的概念。

   我们的空间——三维空间长、宽、高，加上一维的时间，共四维，叫四维时空区，都是我们业力虚幻的境界。

   在一真法界，时空是融在一起的，佛光当中，就超越了这种空间，使我们平时看不到的二维空间，五维空间，六维空间，N维空间的境界全部打开。

   然后，这个光明照射的时候，有几句重要的经文，大家注意：一切盲人，就是瞎子，都重见光明，一切聋子，都听了到声音，一切驼背的人，都挺直了他们的腰杆，一切疑难病症，都得以康复，一切瘦弱者，全都变得强健，一切愚痴者，则全都更黠慧。这就告诉我们，弥陀光明所照之处，能够治愈种种身心疾病啊！ 

   古往今来，净业行人在念佛的实践中，治病的例子太多太多了。

   在十天百万佛号闭关中，有很多居士，包括我们的僧众，反映原来进关的时候有很多病，十天下来，有很多病就没有了！

    诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。大安法师这里提醒人们，要念佛菩萨圣号，必须真诚心，发大愿心，这样才会见到效果。如果存在马马虎虎、临时应付的心态，效果就会很差。

   2002年冬季打一个佛七，那个佛七从早上四点钟念到晚上九点钟，中间不间断，中午也不休息。有一位比丘师进去之前有肺结核病，拍的片子肺部有一块阴影，他是带着发低烧参加念佛的，但是这一次由于他病了好几个月，感觉到这个身体太苦恼了，所以他发起了一念猛利的厌离心，觉得这个身体太苦了，我这次哪怕死就死在这个佛七里面，不怕！

   他就作好死的准备，就来这里念佛，念了七天他都伴随着发烧啊，感冒啊，最后两三天比较正常一点，到了第七天一念完佛，他赶紧下山。毕竟还是身见嘛，尽管他想无所谓，但是真正觉得病还没有好，还是有所谓的，所以他就赶快去检查一下，看看这个病怎么样。一检查，一透视，那个医生说，你原来是不是误诊呢？你现在什么事情都没有啊，没有阴影了。这个事情发生在这个比丘身上，他忽然感觉到对这个名号，念佛，产生了很大的信心！这个不可能是误诊的，都有拍的片子在那里，就七天下来，把他的肺结核治好了！

     诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。有必死之心，必会发出宏大心愿。一个大愿惊天动地啊。各位有缘，要坚定信心持之以恒，诚心念诵阿弥陀佛等佛号，必会飞跃。

   我们东林寺打佛七，有很多。我上次正好出来碰到一位居士，我说你从哪过来，他说从湖南过来，他听到东林寺，冬季佛七，非常喜欢，一定要打完这佛七。他在这个佛号当中，得到的利益太大了！十年前他就是一个食道癌患者，在他的病房里面，住着三个病人，唯有他念佛。由于癌症基本上都在转移状态了，医生叫他还是回家，想吃什么就吃什么的，这样的一个话了，他就恳切地念佛。有一次坐出租车他念佛，他说念、念、念，念到忽然感觉到全身一股气流从那个头顶下来，全身好像细胞在发热，然后再一看，空中现出阿弥陀佛了！有这个经历回去以后，慢慢他的病就好了，然而他同房间的两个病友都去世了。所以这个念佛一定能治病的，要坚定不移地相信。

    诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。精诚所至金石为开，诚心念诵，必会感应啊。

   现在，我们还正在想动员那些艾滋病人，也来念佛。艾滋病——听说这是绝症呢，但我们了解到，艾滋病毒在那个温度，在血液的温度上升到50～60热度的时候，艾滋病毒就会被杀死。如果真有一批艾滋病人，能够行般舟，看看会怎样。念得少了不行，一定要行走七日七夜，乃至十日十夜。因为我们有这个体验，行走几天以后全身的血液非常地热，整个头顶非常炽热，好像要冒出热气。因为那个走的话，脚的神经、穴位通全身，你在不断地走当中，这整个的血液非常热，在这种的状态中，它是有可能杀死艾滋病毒的。当时有个人说，如果你能哪怕是能够使一个艾滋病人HIV抗体转阴，那是不得了的事情。这个不得了的事情，我们可以试一试，完全可以试一试。反正这艾滋病，既然说是一个绝症，那就拼一拼嘛！阿伽陀药，服一服，而且病得越重越要发勇猛心，把生命作为赌注，你去经行念佛七日七夜，决定有成效。

    诸葛长青：阿弥陀佛。大安法师讲的有道理啊，反正也是病，闲着也是闲着，为何不拼力一试呢？人要坚定信心、下定决心、勇往直前！！

   艾滋病人太苦，特别是在大陆有蔓延的趋势！这个很苦呀，那些艾滋病人，有时就走向深山去自杀。也受到社会歧视，有一个艾滋病人去理发，他为了怕传染到别人，就跟理发师傅说，师傅你稍微注意一下，我是一个艾滋病人，那个理发师傅一听，吓得赶紧把工具一放就跑了！不仅他跑了，整个房间的人全都跑光了！其实也是社会对艾滋病的传播机制不了解，了解了就不一定那么恐惧，由于不了解才恐惧。所以我们对艾滋病人也确实要有一种爱心去对待他们，毕竟很多是无辜的，甚至即便他做错了什么事情，我们也要用宽容的，慈爱的态度去对待他们。如果我们越是这样的害怕，远离他们，他们的仇恨感就越大，这样不好。

   我们看到，现在世间上的疾病，太多呀！要把阿弥陀佛大医王介绍给大家，要介绍给大家，首先我们自己要真修实干，我们要自己身心健康。念佛一定能治病，这是千真万确的呀！
