Tell the teacher a good news. I'm really happy that I can release my life now.

However, due to the restrictions of the location of the United States, there is no such large amount of release as the domestic fellow initiates. If they can't reach the goal, they can release whatever they want. I can only put worms now, because I live inland in Missouri, and there is no live seafood, and there are no live animals to kill in supermarkets and markets.

Once I saw an article on the Internet about how to release worms for fishing. It said that releasing worms is a two-way release, that is, releasing fish and worms. I wonder if I can release worms? Because I saw my husband's brother buy earthworms to fish, but I don't know whether it is dead or alive. I went to several stores and saw earthworms were dead. I was very disappointed.

I didn't want to beg my husband, because I threw rice out when I was giving food. Although he didn't object, he knew it was for the dead, but he still thought I was crazy, hehe.

amitabha. Blessed life is limitless.

The teacher is very happy to read your letter. If you continue to release, you will be rewarded.

Your husband is also very humorous. You should praise your husband and family members more. Although they don't know how to release and give food, their support for you is the greatest merit, hehe.

In combination with your letter, the reply is as follows:

1、 Releasing earthworms has great merits and rewards. We should persevere.

If you release earthworms, you can avoid them from being hurt, and the rewards are very great.

If there are dead earthworms in nearby shops, you can also buy them. After purchasing, give them three converts, and then choose a clean place to dig a hole and bury it. By doing so, they can keep their whole body and avoid being eaten. After burying the dead earthworms, you can call for a little extra while feeding.

2、 In each backward direction, add three backward directions.

Zhuge Changqing suggested that you add three returns to your final return, such as releasing, giving food, chanting Buddhist names and signs, which is very sensitive and effective:

The first is to join in returning to your husband's belief in Buddhism and support you to learn Buddhism and give food freely.

The second is to return to the sentient beings in the ten methods circle who believe in learning Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, stop evil and do good deeds, and do more good deeds. Back to more Americans who learn Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, and back to more Americans who learn Buddhism to release and feed.

The third is to go back and eliminate all kinds of criminal karma of your and your family in hell, and eliminate all kinds of criminal karma such as killing karma, mouth karma, willful karma, lewd karma, theft karma and so on.

3、 You can't release the animals. You can entrust the release organization to release the animals.

If you are donating money to release your life, Mr. Zhuge Changqing suggested that you should return it twice:

First, return to yourself once when you donate;

The second is to know that the release time is back again.

Buddha, Bodhisattva and the good god will bless you when they see that you have compassion and admiration. For Suixi's merits and virtues, it is enough to praise and bless them openly. There is no need to go back.

5、 It is suggested that you can slowly set up an American Buddhist feeding group.

If you are in the United States, there will be fewer people learning Buddhism temporarily, and there will be more in the future.

You can try to see if there are any Chinese who study Buddhism and release their lives nearby, and contact the Buddhist organizations in the United States through the Internet and other ways to strengthen mutual contact, and establish a Buddhist study group.

You can learn Buddhism, do good deeds and give food together, which also encourages each other.

     弟子给老师顶礼！
   告诉老师一个好消息，我现在能够放生了，我真的很高兴。

   但是由于美国所在地条件限制，没有像国内的同修那样大量的放生，达不到想放什么就放什么。我现在只能放蚯蚓，因为我住在密苏里州是内陆，没有活海鲜，在超市和市场也看不到待杀的活物。

   有一次我在网上看到了一篇文章，有关怎样放生钓鱼用的蚯蚓，说放生蚯蚓是双向放生，即放了鱼，也放了蚯蚓，我想我能不能放生蚯蚓呢？因为我看到我先生的哥哥买蚯蚓钓鱼，但是我不知道是死的还是活的，我去了几个店看到的蚯蚓都是死的，我很失望。

   我本打算不想求我先生，因为我施食的时候把大米泼出去，他虽然不反对，知道是为了死去的众生，但是还是觉得我是不是发疯，呵呵。

   所以我只能和他说明情况，说我母亲现在腰部骨质增生，非常疼痛，我想帮她，让他帮我找到能买到活的蚯蚓的渔具店。

   一天，我先生把活的蚯蚓给我买了回来，我真的很高心，我也真的很感谢他。随后他说的一句话让我笑个不停，他说，你花钱买蚯蚓，然后再把蚯蚓放了，还不如我给你抓呢，我能帮你抓到蚯蚓，哈哈。他---这个老美国人真的不知道我在做什么，是不是在想我又在发疯，呵呵。
   老师，我要是像国内的同修那样大放生，我现在做不到，我想随喜他们的放生功德，但是我不知道怎样说，怎样做，随喜后的功德是否也需要回向？盼老师指点和开示。
   老师，我已看了您新拍摄的施食视频了，非常好，我施食的时候一些动作不正确，现在都改过来了，也按照视频中的观想画面去观想施食。

   阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。

   老师看了你的来信很高兴，持续放生必有福报，要加油。

   你先生也很幽默，要多赞美你先生和家人亲人们。虽然他们还不了解放生、施食，但是他们支持你就是最大的功德了，呵呵。

   结合你的来信，回复解答如下：
   一、放生蚯蚓，功德很大，福报很大，要持之以恒。

   你放生蚯蚓，可以避免他们被伤害，功德福报非常大。

   如果附近商店有卖死去的蚯蚓，也可以购买。购买后给他们三皈依、然后选择干净地方挖坑掩埋掉，功德福报一样大。如此做，可以使他们保存完整身体，避免他们被吃掉。掩埋死去的蚯蚓后，可以施食中召请超度一下。
   二、每次回向中，添加三个回向。

   诸葛长青建议你的放生、施食、念诵佛号道号等最后回向中，添加三个回向，这样感应很大、效果很好：

   一是加入回向你先生慢慢相信佛法，支持你学佛放生施食。

   二是回向十方法界有缘众生相信学习佛法、道法、儒法，止恶行善，多做善事。回向有更多美国人学习佛法、道法、儒法，回向美国更多学佛放生施食有缘者学会放生、施食等。

   三是回向消除你和家人地狱的各项罪业，消除你累世的杀业、口业、意业、邪淫业、偷盗业等各项罪业。

   三、你无法大放生，可以委托放生，委托放生组织放生。

   如果你是捐款放生，诸葛长青老师建议你捐款放生要回向两次：

   一是捐款的时候回向自己一次；

   二是知道放生时间再回向一次。

   譬如你经常内心或者公开赞叹别人放生、施食、吃素、念佛、印经书、救助贫困等等。功德也很大。

   在赞叹他们的同时，你的内心同时也在升华，他们的功德会反射到你身上，佛菩萨、善神看到你有慈悲赞叹心，也会给你加持护佑。对于随喜他们的功德，内心赞叹、公开赞美祝福就可以。没必要回向。
   五、建议你可以慢慢组建美国学佛施食小组。

   你身在美国，学佛的人临时少一些，将来会慢慢多起来。

   你可以尝试看看附近有没有学佛放生的华人、通过网络等联系在美国的学佛组织等方式，加强彼此联系，可以组建学佛小组。

   你们一起学佛行善施食等，这样相互也是鼓励。
