Recently, Zhuge Changqing went out to study and visited many Buddhist and Taoist experts.

With a grateful heart, I exchanged and learned from them the wisdom of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism.

Zhuge Changqing went out to study this time, focusing on the Zen mind method of Buddhism, mind initiation, Buddhist scriptures and mantras, Dharma, Master Huineng, epiphany practice, food giving, and good deeds; Confucian principles of happiness, filial piety, social welfare, sages and sages, and spiritual cultivation; The Taoist Tao Te Ching, the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic, the Eight Diagrams of the Book of Changes, the Qimen Dunjia, the Kanyu geomantic omen, the magic spell, the Taoist Transcendence Method, the Taiyi Save the Bitter Heavenly Goddess, the Hongjun Ancestor, the Nine Heavenly Xuannv Goddess, and the Later Earth Goddess of Empress have conducted in-depth research and exchange.

Most of these experts are extraordinary people who do good deeds and accumulate virtue, benefit the society, are knowledgeable and versatile, are proficient in Chinese traditional culture, are familiar with traditional culture, and have the unique skills of Chinese culture. Every time I exchange and learn with an open mind, I get their selfless wisdom. The Chinese nation is a family, and everywhere is a family. Thank them for their selfless dedication.

We are grateful to the ancestors of the Chinese nation, to the teachers of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and to the eminent monks, sages, immortals, celebrities, and silent devotees who have contributed to the dissemination of Chinese culture.

   自从盘古开天地，三皇五帝到如今，中华民族文化代代流传，演绎着传奇。中国传统文化包含了天地人的种种玄机......。
   尤其是自从伏羲、女娲高举“自强不息、厚德载物”的中华龙族旗帜，开创中华民族以来，中华文化就遵循包容、创新、传承的原则一路向前。行善积德、造福苍生、尊亲敬师、努力奋斗......成为闪亮的浪花。

     近一段时间，诸葛长青外出修学，拜访接触了很多佛教、道教的高人。

   怀着感恩的心，向他们交流学习了儒家、道家、佛家智慧......。

     诸葛长青这次外出修学，重点对佛家的禅宗心法、以心印心、佛经佛咒、达摩祖师、慧能大师、顿悟修行法、施食、行善积德方法等；儒家的幸福之道、孝道、造福社会方法、圣贤之道、修心法等；道家的道德经、黄帝内经养生、周易八卦、奇门遁甲、堪舆风水、符咒法术、道教超度法、太乙救苦天尊、鸿钧老祖、九天玄女女神、后土娘娘女神等进行了深入研究交流。

    这些高人，多是行善积德、造福社会、博学多才、精通中华国学、谙熟传统文化、身怀中华文化绝技的奇人异士。每次虚心交流学习，都得到他们的无私智慧。中华民族一家亲，处处都是一家人啊。感恩他们的无私奉献。

     阿弥陀佛。南无本师释迦牟尼佛。福生无量天尊。大成至圣先师孔子。

   随着这次外出修学的结束，诸葛长青静心总结时候，愈发感到中华文化是大海，无量无边，不可估量啊。愈发感到中华文化需要传承。

    中国民间，隐藏许多默默传承中华文化的高人异士......。

   诸葛长青愈发感到，我们这一代要自觉的承担起传承中华文化的使命。

   我们要继续传承、创新、传播中华国学，这是我们的责任和使命啊.......

     诸葛长青认为，我们要努力传播中华文化，让我们的中华未来儿女知道：

   要知道中华文化的文脉、要知道儒释道精华、要知道如何孝亲尊师、还要知道如何行善积德、要知道如何修身提升、要知道如何感恩他人、要知道“自强不息、厚德载物”......

   要知道伏羲、女娲，要知道炎帝、黄帝、尧、舜、禹、毛泽东......

   要知道儒家孔子、孟子、曾子、王阳明、二十四孝、七十二贤......

   要知道道家老子、庄子、太上老君、姜太公、诸葛亮、张良......

   要知道佛家释迦牟尼佛、阿弥陀佛、东方琉璃药师佛、观世音菩萨、地藏王菩萨、韦陀菩萨......

   要知道儒家的弟子规、大学、中庸、论语、孟子、孝道、尊师......

   要知道道家的道德经、清静经、黄帝内经、太极拳、周易、道德.......

   要知道佛家的心经、金刚经、地藏经、阿弥陀经、“诸恶莫作、众善奉行”、放生、施食、多做善事......

    感恩中华民族的历代祖先，感恩儒释道的历代老师，感恩历代为传播国学奉献的高僧大德、神仙圣贤、名人雅士、默默奉献者.....。

   诸葛长青修学后，又闭关精进一段时间.......。

   过一段时间，诸葛长青将会陆续发布一些新的感悟、顿悟。

   让我们立刻行动起来，继承传播中华文化......。
