黄帝内经养生:健康长寿养生保健秘法

Longevity and health require daily health preservation and physical maintenance. Only in this way can we live a long and healthy life.

No matter what industry you are engaged in, health is very important.

How to live a long and healthy life? Daily maintenance is very important. China has a lot of health care experience since ancient times.

Zhuge Changqing shared some basic health care experiences of Taoism and Confucianism with those who are good and virtuous.

1、 Eight magic weapons for health preservation:

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. Blessed life is limitless. It is suggested that you understand these words thoroughly and then apply them to your life. You will feel the miraculous health effects.

Knock your teeth at three hundred and six in the morning and evening; The head is the home of the spirit. It combs five hundred ears and eyes every day; The foot is the second heart, rubbing the spring to keep healthy; Three hundred mouthfuls of saliva a day will keep you alive to ninety-nine; One hundred times a day, the valley road is used to cure and eliminate diseases and prolong the life; Rub the abdomen one hundred times at will, and promote the vitality of Qi and blood; People's kidney qi flows through the ears, pulling and rubbing the body; Early to bed, early to rise, good health, good deeds and vegetarian for a hundred years.

2、 Five issues affecting health and longevity.

Zhuge Changqing: Amitabha. Blessed life is limitless. To live a long life, cultivate your heart. If you want to live a long and healthy life, you might as well do more good deeds, be filial to your parents and teachers, be grateful to others, benefit the society, reflect daily, be contented, and return to nature.

Health and longevity require peace of mind.

Since ancient times, peace of mind has been the first priority.

Zhuge Changqing is grateful for the mental cultivation methods summarized by his ancestors, reminding people to pay attention to the "five difficulties of health preservation":

Fame and wealth are the first, happiness and anger are the second, voice and color are the third, taste is the fourth, and spirit is the fifth.

Don't go to the "five difficulties" to keep healthy, break the good and be blessed, and don't ask for life but postpone it.

We should learn to be calm.

Zhuge Changqing wishes the world those who are destined to honor their parents, continue to feed, release their lives, and do good deeds:

Wealth and auspiciousness, success in everything you want, and good luck in everything!

   诸葛长青:阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。建议大家把这几句话理解透彻,然后落实到生活中,你会感到其中神奇不可思议的健康效果。

   朝暮叩齿三百六,七老八十好牙口;头为精神之府,日梳五百健耳目;脚为第二心脏,搓涌泉保健康;日咽唾液三百口,保你活到九十九;日撮谷道一百遍,治病消疾又延年;随手揉腹一百遍,通和气血禆神元;人之肾气通于耳,扯拉搓揉健身体;早睡早起身体好,行善吃素一百年。 
    二、影响健康长寿的五个事项。

      诸葛长青:阿弥陀佛。福生无量天尊。要长寿先修心。如果你想健康长寿,那么不妨多多做好行善积德、孝亲尊师、感恩他人、造福社会、每日反省、知足常乐、回归自然.......。   

   健康长寿,需要心态平和。

    自古以来,心态平和为第一要务。

   诸葛长青感恩先辈总结的修心方法,提醒人们要注意“养生五难”:  

   名利不去为一难,喜怒不除为二难,声色不避为三难,滋味不绝为四难,神虑精散为五难。

   不去“五难”保体健,折善而有福,不求寿而自延。

    大家要学会平和心态。
