amitabha. How to spread the Dharma? We should rely on luck and wisdom, be skillful and convenient, and not be rigid.

Nanwu Master Sakyamuni Buddha.

Blessed life is limitless.

Dharma is great wisdom and an infinite treasure, which will make people free from worries and happy in life.

Those who are destined to do so will vow to promote the Dharma for the benefit of life and to help others.

Some predestined people wrote to Mr. Zhuge Changqing and said that it was not easy to spread the Dharma. A group of enthusiastic students and friends told the Dharma, and was thrown cold water by the other side, saying it was superstitious.

Yes, it is not easy to spread the Dharma to others.

Especially in the face of people who like to kill animals and eat meat, and have serious greed, hatred and delusion.

Here, Zhuge Changqing gives advice to those who have a chance. We should pay attention to using wisdom and learn to be skillful and convenient.

Zhuge found in the eternal world that it really needs wisdom to deal with people.

For example, if you persuade friends who eat meat to eat less meat, it is better to say that meat has good effects than to say that meat will lead to enemies and creditors.

For example, if you persuade your friend to be vegetarian, it is better to say that the cereal is alkaline and the meat is acidic than to kill animals and eat meat.

In a word, we should use our brains and wisdom to help others.

Today, let's see how the disciples of Sakyamuni Buddha treat people.

Zhuge Changqing shared the name of the story with the predestined person, "Manjusri Bodhisattva uses wisdom to treat people".

Speak alone in the morning.

The Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha led 500 monks from Shewei City to the country of Moji. The solemn procession attracted a large number of people to offer sacrifices.

After begging for food, the Buddha Sakyamuni Buddha and 500 bhikkhu monks rested under a forest at the edge of the border.

After fasting, The Buddha sat down to explain to his disciples the cause of this trip to the country of Moji: "You know, there is a reason for everything. This time we are here, mainly to make the people of Moji practice the law of offering, and to spread the principles of Buddhism to the neighboring country, Kashna. Kashna is far away, lack of enlightenment, uncivilized folk customs, barbaric and unreasonable people. Everyone in the country is evil, often fighting and quarreling, and even more fierce and violent is known far and near."

"However, the Buddha Dharma is about compassion. No matter how hard it is to teach, people should be enlightened, and the Buddha nature is inherent in everyone, and everyone can be enlightened and liberated by hearing the Buddha Dharma. The right Dharma is about equality, so it is a matter of course to introduce my teachings into Kashna. You know, are you willing to go to preach the right Dharma and guide the people of Kashna?"

When the Buddha said this, all the disciples were full of confidence. They thought: We are the great Arhats who have cut off all three worlds of seeing and thinking. As long as we show our wisdom and courage to eliminate greed, anger and delusion, we believe that nothing is impossible and impossible, and we believe that we can make the people of Kashna believe in Buddhism!

Zhuge Changqing: There is no Amitabha in the south. Nanwu Master Sakyamuni Buddha. Blessed life is limitless.

We applaud the Buddha's mercy in spreading the Dharma all the way.

On the way of spreading the Dharma, Buddha never forgot to enlighten his disciples to study how to spread the Dharma.

Therefore, the Buddha set a topic to let the disciples study how to spread the Buddhism to countries that do not believe in it.

At this time, Mahatma Gandharan, the most powerful Buddha, stood up, walked to the throne, knelt respectfully and clapped his hands: "The great Buddha, the disciple is willing to go to Kashna to nationalize the local people."

The Buddha listened and nodded his head mercifully to express his approval, so the Venerable Mahatma Mahayana went to Kashna. After a whole day's running, he finally reached the destination. However, when he stepped into the city gate, he could not help but stop in shock. First, he saw a woman waving a kitchen knife while chasing a man with a chicken in his arms; Then he saw two young men fighting with each other; Then he saw... Mahatma Gandharan suddenly felt like he was in hell. Fortunately, the Venerable Master had deep cultivation skills, and soon he settled down and went to the city

Because Kashna is a place where Buddhism has not yet been enlightened, the Chinese people generally have not seen the monks. They are quite surprised at the appearance of the Mahatma Mahayana, so they stopped fighting and noticed the Mahatma Mahayana. "Hey! Look at that man, how can he shave his head and wear such shabby clothes?" "Yes! I don't know where he came from."

Everyone, I'm talking about every word you say. At this time, the Mahayana Venerable sat down under a carefree tree, and a group of people of Kashna also approached because of curiosity. The Venerable Mahayana opened his mouth and said, "Your stubborn and rude behavior is stupid. If you don't change your bad behavior, the future result must be suffering in the three evil ways. Stop evil and do good, and make good karma! The Buddha once said..."

How did you know that before the Mahatma Mahayana had finished speaking, the crowd had shouted angrily, "Are you trying to teach us a lesson? You are not qualified! Go away!" The Kashna people who had never united drove Mahatma Mahayana out of the city, and then "slammed" the city gate quickly! The Mahatma Gandharan stood outside the city gate for a moment, then came back to his senses - he was driven out by the Kashna people.

"This is something that has never happened before! I think that Muqianlian has always been respected by people. Why is he so humiliated today?" The Muqianlian Venerable thought hard and walked back.

When Mahayana approached the forest where the Buddha and his five hundred disciples rested, he saw a brother from a distance who bowed to him and clapped his hands. It turned out to be the Buddha with the highest wisdom. "Why did Mujayana come back so soon? Are the people of Kashna kind?" "Alas! Don't say it, I was kicked out by them!"

After listening to this, the Venerable Sharif said to the Venerable Mahayana, "Venerable Mahayana, you should guide them with 'wisdom'!" After that, the Venerable Sharif came to the Buddha and told the Buddha his thoughts: "Blessed One, the disciples are confident that they can influence the people of Kashna with their wisdom. Please allow the disciples to go to Kashna, so that the Buddha can carry forward the Dharma here!" At this time, the Buddha also nodded with a smile and agreed, Didn't say much.

The Venerable Sharif set out towards Kashna with confidence!

On the way, he kept thinking about what teaching method he should use to educate Kashna people, and finally he got the answer - precepts. The Venerable Sharif believed that the Kashna people would act recklessly because they had no rules. Once they had the rules of the precepts, they would be able to abide by their duties and live and work in peace and contentment. However, things are not as smooth as the Venerable Sheriff thought.

Sheriff had just started his precepts under the Biboro tree: "Abstinence is to abstain from drugs, and to abstain from our greed, anger, and delusion..." A group of Kashna people who had stood in the rear to listen immediately rushed to him and shouted, "Don't try to bind us!" Before leaving, the group also spit on the face of Sheriff. Later, even the Great Kasyapa Venerable, the first of Toutuo, and the other 500 Great Arhats went to Duhua one by one, which was not accepted by the people of that country.

Ananda, the waiter of the Buddha, learned this and was very worried about the people of Kashna, So he said to the Buddha, "Blessed One, the people of Kashna have a rough temper. They are not only evil in their hearts and do not accept good teachings, but also have bad words against the good knowledge to persuade them to change their ways. It is difficult to insult an Arhat. What's more, treat the 500 Arhats with contempt. The evil deeds they have created can be said to be intolerable! Merciful Buddha, how can we help the people of Kashna and guide them to the right path?"

The Buddha looked at Ananda compassionately and calmly, and said, "Ananda, your compassion is very good, but don't worry. Although Kashna people seem to be incurable, I and the great bodhisattvas treat them the same way as they treat 500 monks. You all have the same pure Buddha nature! Ananda, don't worry, I have seen the whole cause of this matter."

After that, the Buddha immediately sent Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva, the wisest of the great Bodhisattvas, to Kashna to nationalize the local people.

Different from the practice of five hundred Arhats, Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva did not rush to preach the holy religion and preach the right Dharma as soon as he entered Kashna. Instead, he praised everyone in Kashna by praising the Dharma first.

Zhuge Changqing: There is no Amitabha in the south. Nanwu Master Sakyamuni Buddha. Blessed life is limitless.

At the beginning, the disciples of Buddha adopted the direct method of spreading the Dharma, but failed.

Later, Manjushri Bodhisattva adopted the skillful and convenient method of praising first and then communicating, which was natural.

Civilized and polite, praising others, and establishing a common communication platform with others are the basis for promoting Dharma.

In life, we should also pay attention to the skills of spreading Dharma.

Learn more eloquence and social skills.

When you meet someone, you should first look at their fate. Those who have a deep Buddhist affinity can directly say that they are vegetarian, free and almsgiving. If the other party has a bad Buddha relationship, it is necessary to praise the other party step by step, say more homely words, and talk more about daily things. Once the communication foundation is established, it will be natural to spread the Dharma.

Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva said, "Sages, what you have done is really gratifying."

Then, Manjushri came to the royal palace to meet the king, and praised each of his descendants in front of the king: "King, Ruoja, who lives in the East China Sea Fishing Village, works hard and respects his parents; Lianiga, who guards the gate in the west city, is devoted to his duties and works hard; the blacksmith in the north of the country is very brave and intelligent, and can always calm disputes and eliminate troubles for people... King! It must be your virtue that makes the people so simple and kind!"

Because the words of Manjusri Bodhisattva are so delightful, these soft words of consolation spread all over the streets of Kashna within a few days, and the people of the whole country were jubilant. All of them said at the same time, "This Bodhisattva is really amazing, he can speak out my righteous deeds so accurately, and see my merits so accurately!" So everyone held gold treasures, fragrant flowers, delicious food, or brocade brocade, Come to the front of Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva and offer sincere support. At this moment, the people of Kashna all have the supreme Bodhicitta.

Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva saw that the time was ripe, so he told the elders who came to support him: "You should support me rather than my master, Sakyamuni Buddha. The Buddha is a teacher of human nature and a loving father of four beings. He has full merit, meditation and wisdom. If he can provide sincerely, his blessings will be twice as great." Kashna people's good roots have already appeared. After listening to Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva's advice, they are very happy, They said, "Bodhisattva, there is such an incredible blessing field in the world. It's really amazing. Please lead us to provide for it!"

So Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva led a huge team to the Buddha's place, and paid homage to the Buddha. The Blessed One explained the sutras for them, and Kashna people should not turn back.

At this moment, there is a great shock in the land of the three thousand worlds, and all the mountain gods, forest gods, and herb gods in the world all spoke in praise: "Manjusri Shili Bodhisattva is really worthy of being a great Bodhisattva who has been on the ground, and can make good use of his power, skillfully and conveniently spread all living beings, which is really amazing!"

When the great Arhats saw such a situation, they were ashamed and could not help themselves: "Blessed One, the power of the Bodhisattva has become so vast and unpredictable, let alone the Buddha you? From now on, we pledge to learn from the ten Buddhas and Bodhisattvas with the most reverent heart!"

Summary:

The Buddha Dharma emphasizes that "everyone has Buddha nature". As long as one is aware of it, the worry is Bodhi.

And the scripture said, "Before you become a Buddhist, you should first become popular."

Those who practice self-interest and altruistic Bodhisattva practices must practice the four dharma - giving, loving words, benefiting, and colleagues - in the spirit of compassion and joy.

Among them, "loving words and taking action" is to identify with the other party first, and give timely praise and encouragement. After establishing a good relationship, the other party can easily accept and accept the truth of Buddhism, and then believe, accept and practice, so as to achieve the goal of universal life.

Zhuge Changqing believes that the key is to spread the Dharma, use wisdom and eloquence flexibly.

阿弥陀佛。如何弘法度人?要看机缘、靠智慧,善巧方便,不能古板。

  南无阿弥陀佛。

  南无本师释迦牟尼佛。 

  福生无量天尊。

  佛法是大智慧,是无量宝藏,会让人们脱离烦恼、快乐人生。

  有缘者都会发愿弘法利生、自度度人。

  也有些有缘者给诸葛长青老师写信留言说,弘法不容易。一片热心给同学朋友讲佛法,被对方泼冷水、说为迷信等。

  是啊,弘法度人是不容易的。

  尤其是面对喜欢杀生吃肉、贪嗔痴严重的人。

  这里诸葛长青给有缘者提建议,度人要注意用智慧,要学会善巧方便。

  诸葛长青红尘中发现,度人确实需要智慧。

  譬如,你劝说吃肉的朋友少吃肉,与其说吃肉会结下冤亲债主,不如只说肉有瘦肉精效果好等等。

  譬如,你劝说朋友吃素,与其说杀生吃肉当心有地狱果报,不如说五谷杂粮是碱性、肉类是酸性,所以多吃五谷杂粮素食......。

  总之吧,度人是要开动脑筋、运用智慧的。

  今天,我们来看佛祖释迦牟尼佛弟子是如何度人的。

  诸葛长青和有缘者分享这个故事名字是《文殊菩萨用智慧度人》。

  话说一人清晨。

  佛陀释迦牟尼佛率领着五百僧侣,由舍卫城缓缓地往摩竭国迈进,一路上庄严的队伍,吸引了大批群众前往顶礼供养。

  乞食毕,佛陀释迦牟尼佛与五百比丘僧于摩竭国界边缘的一片树林下歇息用斋。

  结斋后,佛陀上座为弟子们说明此次至摩竭国的因缘:“诸位知识,所谓‘凡事必有因’,这回我们来到此地,主要是要使摩竭国国人修布施供养之法,并将佛法的义理传扬至邻国──迦师那国。迦师那国因地处偏远,缺乏教化,民风尚未开化,人民性情野蛮,不讲道理,国内人人造恶,时常搏斗争执,刚烈凶暴更是远近皆知。”

  “然而佛法讲的是慈悲,无论再怎样难以教导的人民都要度化,而且佛性人人本具,人人都能因听闻佛法得到开悟、解脱。正法说的是平等,因此将我的教法传入迦师那国是件理所当为之的事。诸位知识,你们愿意前去传布正法,化导迦师那国的人民吗?”

  佛陀说到这儿,众弟子都充满了信心,他们这样想着:我们已是断尽三界见思惑的大阿罗汉,只要拿出从前除灭贪瞋痴的智慧与勇气,相信没有什么是行不通、做不到的,相信一定能令迦师那国人信受佛法!

  诸葛长青:南无阿弥陀佛。南无本师释迦牟尼佛。福生无量天尊。

  我们赞叹佛祖一路弘法的慈悲。

  佛祖弘法路上,不忘启迪弟子研究如何弘法度人。

  所以,佛祖出一个题目,让弟子们能研究如何把佛法传播到不信佛法的国家。

  此时神通第一的摩诃目犍连尊者站起身来,走向世尊座前,恭敬地长跪合掌:“伟大的佛陀,弟子愿意前往迦师那国度化当地的人民。”

  佛陀听了,慈悲地点头表示赞许,于是目犍连尊者便向迦师那国走去。经过了一整天的奔波,终于到达目的地,然而当他踏入城门时不禁惊骇地停下了脚步:首先,他看到一个妇人拿着菜刀一面挥舞,一面追着一个怀里抱着一只鸡的男人;接着,他又见着两个血气方刚的少年交拳相打;然后,他又看见……摩诃目犍连尊者忽然有种身陷地狱的感觉,幸好尊者修行功深,很快地他便将心安定下来走向城内……

  由于迦师那国是佛法尚未开化之地,因此国人普遍没有见过僧众,他们对于目犍连尊者的出现感到相当诧异,于是他们竟然停下了争执打斗,注意起目犍连尊者来了。“喂!你看那个人,怎么剃着光头又穿着这么破旧的衣服呀!”“是呀!不知打哪来的汉子。”

  大伙儿你一言我一语地议论着。这时目犍连尊者在一棵无忧树下坐了下来,一群迦师那国的人民也因好奇而凑近。目犍连尊者开口了,他说道:“你们这样刚愎粗野的行径是愚痴的,你们若不改恶行,将来的果报必定是在三恶道中受苦,快止恶行善,广结善缘吧!佛陀曾说……”

   怎知目犍连尊者话还没说完,群众已怒气冲冲地叫骂起来:“你是存心来教训我们的吗?你还不够格!快滚!”从来不曾团结过的迦师那国人此时却一块儿将目犍连尊者撵出城外,又“砰”的一声迅速地将城门闭紧!目犍连尊者站在城门外愣了一会,才回过神来——原来自己被迦师那国人赶出来。

 “这是从来没有过的事呀!我,目犍连向来是为人所尊崇的,为何今日却受到这么大的屈辱呢?”目犍连尊者一面不解地思索着,一面往回程走。

  当目犍连走近佛陀与五百弟子歇息的树林时,远远地便看到有位师兄弟在那儿向他躬身合掌,原来是智慧第一的舍利弗尊者。“目犍连,怎么这么快就回来了?迦师那国的人们可和善?”“唉!别说了,我被他们撵了出来呢!”

  舍利弗尊者听了便向目犍连尊者说:“目犍连尊者,你应当以‘智慧’化导他们呀!”说完,舍利弗尊者便来到佛陀的跟前,向佛陀禀告自己的想法:“世尊,弟子有信心能以自己的智慧感化迦师那国人。请应允弟子前往迦师那国,让佛法能在此弘扬!”这时佛陀也如之前一般,微笑地点头表示同意,没有多说什么。

  舍利弗尊者满怀着信心朝迦师那国出发了!

  在途中,他不停地思索着自己该用什么教法教化迦师那国人,最后他得到了答案──戒法。舍利弗尊者以为迦师那国人就是因为没有规矩所以才会胡作非为,一旦有了戒法的规范,他们定能自守本分,安居乐业。然而,事情却没有舍利弗尊者想得那般顺利。

  舍利弗刚在毕钵罗树下开演戒法:“戒,就是戒毒,戒掉我们的贪瞋痴……”一群原本站在后方听讲的迦师那国人立刻冲到他跟前大声地怒骂:“别想束缚我们!”临走前,这群人还朝舍利弗尊者的脸上吐了口水。尔后,乃至于头陀第一的大迦叶尊者以及其他五百位大阿罗汉一一前往度化,并皆不为该国人民所接受。

  佛陀的侍者阿难得知此事,很替迦师那国人担心,于是他便向佛陀说:“世尊,迦师那国人民性情粗糙,不仅心口俱恶且不受善教,还对劝导他们改邪归正的善知识恶言相向,侮辱一位阿罗汉罪已难当,何况是以轻慢心对待五百大罗汉,他们所造的恶业可说是天地不容呀!慈悲的世尊,我们应该怎样帮助迦师那国人,将他们导向正道呢?”

  佛陀慈悲安详地望着阿难,开口说道:“阿难,你所发的悲愍心是很好的,但是不用担心。虽然,迦师那国人看来似乎无药可救,但我及诸大菩萨看待他们与看待五百比丘的态度是不二不异的,你们都同样有着清净无染的佛性!阿难,你不须烦忧,我已看到了这件事的始末因缘。”

  说完,佛陀立刻派遣诸大菩萨中智慧第一的文殊师利菩萨前往迦师那国度化当地的人民。

  与五百罗汉的做法所不同的是,文殊师利菩萨没有一入迦师那国便急着宣扬圣教,传布正法,反而以赞叹法门为先,称誉迦师那国的每一个人。

   诸葛长青:南无阿弥陀佛。南无本师释迦牟尼佛。福生无量天尊。

  佛祖弟子,一开始采取直接弘法的办法,没有成功。

  后来,文殊菩萨采取善巧方便,先赞美、后沟通方法进行,水到渠成。

  文明礼貌、赞叹别人,和别人建立共同的沟通平台,这是弘法基础。

  生活中,弘法度人大家也要注意弘法技巧。

  多学习一些演讲口才,多学习社交技巧。

  见了人,先看对方缘分如何,佛缘深厚的,可以直接说吃素、放生、施食。如果对方佛缘差,就要循序渐进,赞美对方,多说些家常话,多讲一些日常事情,有了沟通基础了,再弘法,就会水到渠成。

  文殊师利菩萨这样说着:“贤者,您们的作为真令人感到欢欣喜悦。”

  接着,文殊菩萨来到王宫晋见国王,并在国王的面前赞叹每一个子民:“大王,住在东海渔村的若嘉工作勤奋,恭敬父母;在西城守门的连尼伽尽忠职守,不辞辛劳;国境北方的打铁匠颇具胆慧,总能为人们平息争执,消弭烦恼……大王呀!必定是您的德政彰显,使得人民如此纯朴善良!”

  由于文殊菩萨的话语是那般得令人欢喜,因此不过几天这些软言慰语便传遍了迦师那国的大街小巷,举国人民皆欢腾不已,大伙儿不约而同地说道:“这位菩萨真是太了不起了,居然能那么贴切地说出我的义举,这么精准地看出我的优点!”于是众人便各个手持金宝香花、美食佳肴或锦缎绫罗,来到文殊师利菩萨的面前至诚供养。此刻,迦师那国人皆发无上菩提心。

  文殊师利菩萨观见时机已成熟,于是便告诉前来供养的居士大德们:“你们供养我,不如供养我的师父——释迦牟尼佛。佛陀是人天导师、四生慈父,具足福德、禅定、智慧,若能诚心供养,其福报必倍于此。”迦师那国人的善根已现前,听了文殊师利菩萨的劝导生大喜悦,他们说道:“菩萨,人间竟有如此不可思议的福田,真是太殊胜了,烦请菩萨带领我们前去供养吧!”

  于是文殊师利菩萨领着浩浩荡荡的队伍前往佛所,向佛陀恭敬顶礼供养。世尊便为他们阐演经法,迦师那国人应时得不退转。

  此刻三千大千世界国土作大震动,一切世间山神、林神、药草神皆开口赞言:“文殊师利菩萨真不愧是已登地的大菩萨,竟能善用权巧方便广度众生,真是令人激赏呀!”

  诸大阿罗汉看到这样的情景,惭愧不能自已:“世尊,菩萨的威德神力已如此广大难测,更何况是佛陀您呢?自今以后我们誓以最虔敬之心向十方诸佛菩萨学习!”

  小结:

   佛法中强调“人人皆有佛性”,只要一念觉悟,烦恼即菩提。

  且经云:“未成佛道,先结人缘。”

  凡修自利利他菩萨行的行者,必须本着慈悲喜舍之心行四摄法──布施、爱语、利行、同事。

  其中,“爱语摄”即是先认同对方,给予适时地赞美与鼓励,当建立良好的关系后对方才容易接受劝导认同佛法的道理,进而信受奉行,如此才能成就普度众生的目的。

  诸葛长青认为,弘法度人,灵活运用智慧,灵活运用口才,是关键。
