Buddhist knowledge: why the Buddha is also called "Buddha" (picture)

Buddha is the teacher of life and the guide of great wisdom. They are respected by the world and the world.

When reading and chanting Buddhist sutras, many predestined people will find that many Buddhist sutras call Buddha the Buddha.

For example, in the "Thousand-handed and Thousand-eyed Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva's Great Perfection without Obstacles", it is written that:

... The Buddha said it was the language. Then Avalokitesvara. Start from your seat. lay out clothes. Close your hands to the Buddha. White Buddha. Buddha. I have the Great Compassion Dharani Mantra. Now I want to say. For the well-being of all sentient beings. Except for all medical deaths. Life is long. It is rich that we get rich. Eliminate all evil karma and serious crimes. It is difficult to leave the obstacle. Increase all merits and virtues of Dharma. Achieve all good causes. Stay away from all kinds of fear. Speed can satisfy all the desires. Only wish the Blessed One. Hear your mercy.

What does this "Buddha" mean?

Zhuge Changqing found that many words in Buddhism can be called the essence of the world.

The word "Blessed One" is concise and clear, but it contains a huge and limitless meaning.

Hui Yuan of the Sui Dynasty said in the volume of "The Eternal Sutra of Infinite Life": "The Buddha prepares all virtues and is admired by the world, so it is called the Buddha."

"Buddha" is the honorific title of Buddha, one of the ten names of Buddha.

There is a Buddha living in the world of 3000, and the Buddha is the most noble, so the Buddha is called by the Buddha.

The Blessed One is also known as the most honorable person in the world. Amitabha and Sakyamuni can both be called "Buddha". The common "Buddha" in Buddhist scriptures refers to Sakyamuni Buddha.

Therefore, Zhuge Changqing uses an equation to explain what the Buddha is.

Buddha=respected in the world and in the world

Buddha. Buddha's honorific name. The Buddha is respected by the world of virtue. Also, he is the only one in the world.

The Mahatma Sutra and the theory of reality take it as the tenth of the Buddhist names and the ninth of the highest, so it is called the Buddha.

Cheng Shi Lun 1 said, "If nine kinds of merit and virtue are fully embodied, they are respected in the world of three generations and ten directions, so they are called the Blessed One."

People praise the Buddha and praise him with nine names. With the Blessed One, there are ten names.

The contemporary eminent monk, Venerable Master Xuanhua, specially explained the ten names of Buddha in the "Interpretation of the Sutra of the Earth's Treasure Bodhisattva":

... It's like we have a name and then another number.

Buddha has ten names:

The Tathagata, who should offer, who should know everything, who should act well, and who should be good at understanding the world;

There is no sergeant, Tiaoyu husband, Tianren teacher, Buddha and Buddha. ".

"Tathagata" is one of the ten numbers of Buddha. A monk asked me, "Is the Tathagata Buddha different from the Amitabha Buddha?" In fact, the Amitabha Buddha, the Sakyamuni Buddha and the Herbalist Buddha are all called "Tathagata". It is not that this Buddha alone is called the Tathagata, and the other Buddha is not called the Tathagata.

Buddha has ten names. What is the name? It seems that we have a name and then another number. The name is used by their elders, and the nickname is used by people of general equality. The number is also the number; What is the sign? It's like a tiger losing its temper and a lion roaring.

No; Because you are so famous that most people hear you, so you are called "number" and "other number". This number means to shout. So the Tathagata is one of the ten numbers of Buddha. What number is it? This is called "imitation of the same virtue". Imitation is imitation, which means learning from people who have virtue before.

（1） Tathagata. "As", like nowhere, has no specific place; "Come", come and feel, and come out when "come" and feel the way, this is called "Tathagata". Another word for the Tathagata is "come from nowhere, go from nowhere", that is, nothing comes from nowhere, nothing goes. This is called the Tathagata. And "as" is the reason of the original consciousness, and "come" is the wisdom of the original consciousness. This is also called the Tathagata because it is based on the principles of the original consciousness and the wisdom of the original consciousness. This is the general meaning of the Tathagata.

（2） To be provided. That is, we should be supported by man and heaven. People on earth should provide for him, and people in heaven should also provide for him. This is called "should provide". The confession also has a name, which is "worthy of Futian", that is, he is worthy of being a man and a man. Fukuda has two kinds: self-interest and altruism. Self-interest is to study the truth and resolve doubts by oneself; What is Yanzhen Duanzhou? Study the truth and cut off all doubts. I understand that it is altruistic to be able to enlighten others, make others get the truth and cut off doubts.

（3） We are all aware of it. It is omniscient and omniscient. There is a difference between being right and being wrong; There is a difference between times and times. The man of Ercheng, who proved the principle of partial emptiness, did not get it all, so this is different from that of Ercheng. Knowledge refers to the difference between ordinary people and ordinary people. Ordinary people do not know, while being omniscient is omniscient. Universal Knowledge also has a name called "Universal Knowledge Dharma Realm".

What is the name of universal knowledge? It seems that the Shurangama Sutra says: "The pine is straight and the thorn is curved, the swan is white and the crow is black, all of which are Yuanyou." The pine tree is straight, the thorn is curved, the swan is white, and the crow is black, all of which are Yuanyou. The Buddha knows what they are all about. Even beyond the three thousand worlds, the Buddha knows the number of raindrops, even one drop. Buddha is omniscient, so it is called "universal knowledge".

（4） We should walk with our feet. It is clear that practice is practice. Wisdom is wisdom, and practice is bliss. Happiness and wisdom are both full - bliss and wisdom are also full. This is the practice of wisdom. So there are three kinds of Ming that can do well. What is "Sanming"? It is Tianyanming, and you get Tianyantong; Fate is clear. He knows everything in his previous life; It is clear that there is no leakage. Mingxing Foot also has a special name, which is called "Guo Xian Yin De". Buddha showed his virtue in the fruit position.

（5） Good death is the solution of the world. Good is good, and death should be said with the word "go". Another name of "good death, world solution" is called "wonderful bodhi". Why is it called Miaozhou? He is good at reaching the land of all Buddhas in the ten directions, and uses his power to educate all living beings skillfully and conveniently. Therefore, he is called Miaowang Bodhi.

（6） No sergeant. What is the name of Staff Sergeant Wu? Because he has cut off all doubts, and there is no doubt about seeing, thinking, or dust, and there is no doubt about all kinds of doubts, so he is called "Staff Sergeant Wu"; If there is doubt, it is called "Staff Sergeant". Staff Sergeant Wu also has a name of his own, called "Tongfeida Zhenhao". Buddha knows that everything inside and outside the body is hypocritical, but the Buddha is real, so it is called Tongfeida Zhenhao.

（7） Adjust your husband. The key is harmony, and the imperial is the imperial chariot. The ancient chariot was pulled by horses. A man should drive it with a whip. This is called a royal chariot. Now driving a car can also be said to be a royal car. One night, I said, "Driving is regulating the husband." What is regulating the husband? Adjust the six sentient beings to the Buddha's fruit bodhi and the Buddha's fruit position. So this is the biggest big husband, who has adjusted all living beings to get rid of life and death, beyond the six cycles. Tiao Yu's husband also has a name, "Take the Tao", which is used to incarnate all living beings and make all living beings follow the path of cultivation.

（8） Master of Heaven. Buddha can be the teacher of man and nature, and the teacher of the three realms. There is also a name for it, which is called "Yingji Saying". It is said according to the chance of all living beings.

（9） Buddha. Buddha is semi-Sanskrit, which is called "Buddha Ya"; Because Chinese people like simplicity, they are called Buddha. The Buddha also has a name, called "Three Sensations". The three senses are consciousness, awareness of others and fulfillment of actions. Three senses round, all virtues ready; Wande is also possessed, so it becomes Buddha.

（10） Buddha. Buddha is noble both in and out of the world, so it is called "Buddha". There is also a special name, called "Three Realms Exclusive". The three realms are the desire realm, the color realm and the colorless realm. Only Buddha is the most noble. Therefore, when Sakyamuni Buddha was born, he pointed to the sky and the earth with one finger, and said, "The heaven and the world are unique." Only the Buddha is the most noble in the sky and the world, so the tenth name is the Blessed One, and the other name is the "Three Realms Exclusive One".

Buddha has six meanings:

(1) At ease. Buddha is the most comfortable.

(2) Exuberant. It looks like fire. It's very hot.

(3) The end is tight. It is dignified and solemn.

(4) The name is popular. Everyone knows the name of Buddha.

(5) Auspicious. The name of Buddha means auspicious.

(6) Noble.

Blessed life is limitless. Confucius, the supreme teacher of Dacheng. Jesus. Mohammed.

All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three generations in ten directions.

All immortals in the three realms and ten directions.

All sages at all times and in all countries.

Zhuge Changqing wishes all the people in the world to meet their needs, to be blessed by the officials of heaven, to take off their career and to make a lot of money!

佛学知识：佛祖为何又称为“世尊”（图）
佛祖，乃是人生的导师、大智慧引导者。为世间、出世间所尊崇。

   很多有缘者读佛经、念诵佛经的时候会发现，很多佛经上称佛祖为世尊。

    譬如《千手千眼观世音菩萨广大圆满无碍大悲心陀罗尼经》中写到：

   .....佛说是语已。尔时观世音菩萨。从座而起。整理衣服。向佛合掌。白佛言。世尊。我有大悲心陀罗尼咒。今当欲说。为诸众生得安乐故。除一切病故。得寿命故。得富饶故。灭除一切恶业重罪故。离障难故。增长一切白法诸功德故。成就一切诸善根故。远离一切诸怖畏故。速能满足一切诸希求故。惟愿世尊。慈哀听许......。

    这个“世尊”是什么意思呢？

    诸葛长青研究发现，佛法里面很多词语，都堪称是世间精华。

    “世尊”两个字，简洁明了，却包含了庞大无量的含义。

    隋朝慧远《无量寿经义疏》卷上说世尊：“佛备众德，为世钦仰，故号世尊。”

   “世尊”是对佛陀的尊称,佛的十个名号之一。

    一个三千大千世界便有一尊佛住世,佛是最尊贵的,所以用世尊来称呼佛。

    世尊,又含有自在、炽盛、端严、名称、尊贵、吉祥等六义，又称有德、有名声等，为世间最尊贵的人。阿弥陀佛和释迦牟尼佛都可称为“世尊”.我们在佛经上常见的“世尊”是指释迦牟尼佛。

   所以，诸葛长青用一个等式解释，什么是世尊。

   世尊 = 在世间和出世间都受到尊重

    世尊。佛之尊号。以佛具万德世所尊重故也。又，于世独尊也。

   阿含经及成实论以之为佛号中之第十，以具上之九号，故曰世尊。

   成实论一曰：“如是九种功德具足，于三世十方世界中尊，故名世尊。”

     人们赞叹佛祖，还用九个名号赞叹佛祖。加上世尊，一共十个名号。

    当代高僧宣化上人在《地藏菩萨本愿经浅释》中特意讲解了佛的十个名号：
   ......就好像我们人有个名字，然后又有个别号。
   佛有十个名号：

   如来、应供、正遍知、明行足、善逝世间解;

   无上士、调御丈夫、天人师、佛、世尊”。

   「如来」是佛的十号之一。有位居士问我︰「如来佛和阿弥陀佛是不是不同？」其实阿弥陀如来、释迦如来、药师如来，这每一尊佛的名字都叫「如来」。不是说单这一尊佛叫如来，另外一尊佛不叫如来。
   佛有十个名号，什么叫「号」呢？好像我们人有个名字，然后又有个别号。名字是自己尊长所用的，别号是一般平等的人所用的。号者号也；什么叫号？就好像老虎发脾气了，狮子吼的声音。

   号，声闻于外；因为你这个声名大，一般人都听见了，所以叫「号」，又叫「别号」。这号就是大声叫，有这么一个意思。那么如来是佛的十号之一，这是个什么号呢？这叫「仿同先德号」，仿是模仿，就是学以前有德行
   （一）如来。「如」，如无方所，没有一个特定的地方；「来」，来感而现，等「来」感应道交了，而现出来，这叫「如来」。又如来两个字是「来无所从，去无所去」，也就是无所来，无所去，这叫如来。又「如」是本觉的这个理，「来」是始觉的那个智。以本觉的理，契始觉的智，所以这也叫如来。如来大概的意思是这样。
   （九）佛。佛是半梵语，具足来说，叫「佛陀耶」；因为中国人欢喜简单，所以就称佛。佛也有一个号，叫「三觉圆明号」，三觉是自觉、觉他   （十）世尊。佛无论在世、出世间都尊贵，所以叫「世尊」。这也有一个特别的名号，叫「三界独尊号」。三界，是欲界、色界、无色界。独尊，是指只有佛才是最尊贵的。所以释迦牟尼佛一出世的时候，就一个手指着天，一南无本师释迦牟尼佛

阿弥陀佛。阿弥陀佛。阿弥陀佛。

福生无量天尊。大成至圣先师孔子。耶稣。穆罕默德。

十方三世诸佛菩萨。

三界十方一切神仙。

古今中外一切圣贤。
