For example, these excerpts will make you enter the state of sage at once:

Parents should not wait; Don't be lazy in your parents' orders and actions;

Don't be too busy; Don't be afraid of difficulties, don't be careless;

Words endure and anger vanish; Do not approach the arena;

Taoist evil is evil; To be good is to be good;

Don't look at books and screens that are not holy; Block out intelligence and bad mind;

Don't be self-violent or self-denial; Sages and sages, docility and so on. In the catchy words, you will quickly understand the true meaning of life. The principles are simple and easy to understand, and easy to learn and apply.

How to use disciple rules? Zhuge Changqing believes that three things can be done well:

First, recite the full text well;

Second, instruct students and children to understand well;

----Disciple Regulation is the "invisible wing" in class management.

The primary school head teacher's work is tedious and hard. In class management, every head teacher hopes to have a beautiful sun by virtue of a pair of "invisible wings" to "fly over despair".

At the beginning of school, I was also puzzled by the fact that children are becoming more and more "outstanding" and do not play cards according to the rules. How can I manage the class so that students do not become "naughty children" with "no rules", and can grasp the "degree" of "receiving and releasing" management, so that all children's dreams can blossom? Is it a cliche? Or "bring out the old and bring forth the new" to put new wine in an old bottle? What is the guiding ideology and concept of class management? Is it the leader who pushes the way, or is it the watermelon skin where you slide?

Since the school carried out the "Disciple Rules" educational practice activities, I can't help but be enlightened:

The Disciple Rules is written with every word, and is worthy of being the best product of "children's cultivation"!

So I began to boldly try in class management, let the children go with the classics, make friends with the "Disciple Code", and use it as a mirror for teachers and students to reflect on themselves and a pointer to their behavior, and received unexpected results. Here, I "throw a brick to draw a jade" and share with you the spiritual "feast" brought by Disciple Regulations.

Strategy 1: Select the right breakthrough point and infiltrate the thought of Disciple Rules into the class rules.

Zhuge Changqing: It's very good to introduce disciple rules into the class.

Good class rules can form a good learning atmosphere. Before formulating the class rules, I first organized students to study the Disciple Rules. Through reading, learning and discussing for a period of time, many of the behavioral norms in the Disciple Rules naturally planted seeds in the children's hearts.

As the saying goes, "I will always feel shallow on paper, but I will never know it." I began to try to apply the contents of the Disciple Rules to class management, so that students can permeate the etiquette of the Disciple Rules in their words and deeds, from "clothes are noble, not noble" to "how to treat people"; From "small things, don't be bad at them" to "words endure, anger vanishes", from "clean rooms, clean walls" to "pick up garbage around and maintain public health"; From "self-love and self-respect" to "tolerate others and not laugh at students who make mistakes"... let children make clear the concept of right and wrong, "do not look, listen, and move unless you are polite".

In this way, even if the teacher is not in the class, there is a "right and wrong concept" in the mind of the students. For example, there are individual students in our class who are "eloquent" and always "speak freely" regardless of the situation. They spit all over the sky every day, which makes other students in our class miserable.

Therefore, I proposed to take the "more words, less words, but don't be sycophantic" in the "Disciple Rules" as the class rules, so that children can understand that words do not mean more words, let alone rhetoric. You can avoid trouble and make jokes by keeping your mouth shut. Gradually, the students in the class did more and said less, and there were fewer disputes among the students because of "tongue".

Strategy 2: Use "Disciple Rules" to deal with students skillfully.

After entering the middle grade, the children gradually have their own opinions, and the teacher's principle of "talking" often makes them "sneer". In class management, in addition to "strict requirements, tolerance, and timely supervision", teachers can use the "Disciple Rules" to treat students well, adhere to the principle of "persuasion first, indoctrination second" when dealing with occasional events, and also achieve the effect of "immediate effect". At the beginning of school, two students in my class quarrelled with each other because of some trivial matters, and even fought hard. Looking at the two "red-eyed cocks", I knew that if they were not handled properly, their "disputes" would be "cut off and disordered". I didn't ask them who was right and who was wrong, so I decided to adopt "cold treatment", and let them read "their respective responsibilities, the sky is clear and the earth is peaceful; their respective responsibilities, the earth is overturned.". Finally, let's talk about who is right and who is wrong. After a period of time, the two students began to introspect and seek the understanding of each other. When I saw them "release their past grievances" and "shake hands and make merry", I "came to the stage", and used the words "unintentionally wrong, is called wrong, intentional wrong, is called evil, can change, can change, and end up without, if you hide it, add one more sin" in the "Disciple's Rules" to let them know that classmates are like brothers, Knowing the value of friendship and tolerance, quarrels and fights gradually disappeared in our class.

There are no students in the world who do not make mistakes. It is because they have such defects or problems that they need our teacher's education. Another example is that students occasionally forget to wear school seals or red scarves, and the students on duty deduct the quantitative score of the class. Instead of blaming them, I use the "crown must be straight, button must be knot, socks and shoes must be tight, crown and clothing should be placed, positioned, do not mess up, and cause pollution" in the Disciple Regulations to remind them to develop good living habits

Because students read the "Disciple Regulations" every day along with the school radio, students have already "heard it well" and "read it well".

Zhuge Changqing: If the school attaches great importance to the discipline rules, it can broadcast the discipline rules through the school radio sooner or later, which will spread invisibly and imperceptibly, and strengthen students' memory. It's very good.

As long as we persevere and use the "invisible wings" of "Disciple Rules" to deal with all kinds of accidental events in the class, being a class teacher will no longer feel miserable.

Strategy 3: Implement the Disciple Rules and create a positive learning atmosphere. "Disciple Regulations" says that "only virtue and learning, only talent and skills, not as good as people, should be self-motivated".

The main task of students is to learn, and the factors that affect their academic performance are closely related to the cooperation and mutual help between students in addition to their subjective efforts.

First of all, I often use various occasions and opportunities to let students introduce their own role models, let children "see and touch", "work harder to catch up", let children draw strength from the role models, obtain the source, and stimulate their desire for positive and self-improvement, Make students gradually change from "heteronomy" to "self-discipline";

Secondly, we should fully understand the students' learning situation of various subjects, pay attention to their development, and guide the students' stagnant subjects from the "theory", so that the children can understand: "There are three ways to read, the mind and the mouth, the letter are all necessary, and read this, do not admire that, this is not the end, the other is not to rise, leniency is the limit, work hard, work hard, stop, stop, have doubts, follow the notes, ask people, and seek the exact meaning"; When students make progress or face setbacks, they should be timely encouraged to "do not abuse themselves, do not abandon themselves, be sage and virtuous, and be tame" from the perspective of "emotion" to promote their healthy development. It can be seen from this that as long as teachers are conscientious, they can make the "Disciple Rules" drizzle and moisten things, imperceptibly inspire students to be positive and brave to fight.

Strategy 4: Inherit great love, form a joint force between family and school, and jointly implement the Disciple Rules.

After contacting with the parents of many "problem students", I found that the parents of these students have common characteristics: they don't know how to educate their children, they think that "filial piety" comes out of the stick, "dragon" comes out of the blame, and the distance between parents and children becomes "close to the horizon"; Moreover, some parents also have problems with their own quality. The teacher taught them one set and the parents taught them one set, which made the children feel at a loss. Over time, the children's education situation became "5+2=0" (that is, it took five days to carry out positive education in school, and on a weekend, under the instigation of some social youths who were idle and organized by gangs, and under the "fuelling the flames" of the parents' stick scolding, the children failed to study and did not want to go to school).

It can be seen from this that children's education needs the cooperation of family, society and school. It is helpless to rely on school education alone.

For this reason, I am determined to give students the missing "private morality" lesson of family education, and the "Disciple Code" is undoubtedly the entry point and combination point of family and school joint education.

First of all, I use a series of educational activities held by the school and organically combine the Disciple Code to teach students to be grateful to their parents. For example, "parents should not be slow when they call; parents should not be lazy when they order; parents should listen respectfully when they teach; parents should be obedient when they are responsible" tells us the most basic things that every child must do at home, so that students can learn to be considerate of their parents, help them do some housework, help their parents beat their backs and pinch their necks so that they can eliminate the tiredness of the day, and also consciously complete their homework, study hard, and let their parents "save their minds"

Zhuge Changqing: Remember, let your children honor their parents. If your children honor you, your children will certainly learn well and achieve something. Filial piety is the main road between heaven and earth. Of course, parents should be role models for children and take the lead in respecting the elderly. If you do well, your children will do well. If you do not do well, it will be difficult for your child to achieve.

Secondly, I have also developed some evaluative forms to publish the daily virtue in the form of bonus points. The evaluation has a beginning and an end, and has won the attention and support of parents. Students have gradually developed good habits of conduct, and made breakthroughs in civilized etiquette. At the same time, students' parents have been subtly influenced by the Disciple Code, and have also begun to read the Disciple Code, and "practice" according to the requirements of the Disciple Code, To build a harmonious society in the ancient city of Longchuan.

No kind of education can be achieved in one step, and the Disciple Regulations can not cure all diseases, but it does have its specific "curative effect". Education has no trivial matters, teachers have no trivial matters, and classes are like a chain, which can't be broken anywhere. Therefore, taking advantage of the "east wind" of the "Disciple Regulations" in class management not only inherits traditional culture, offers a pair of "invisible wings" for the creation of a harmonious society, but also enables class management to "suddenly come like a spring breeze overnight, and thousands of pear trees bloom".

Zhuge Changqing: Disciple regulation is an important auxiliary tool for students' growth. Disciple Gui actually contains the way of heaven and earth, and infinite wisdom of life. It is suggested that parents and teachers should carefully study and make good use of disciple rules. In this way, you will find that everything is undergoing great changes.

  用弟子规教育子女、学生,你会发现,这样的孩子未来是会有巨大变化的。弟子规中很多话,简单方便、便于学习执行。

  譬如,摘录的这几句,会使你一下子进入圣贤状态:

  父母呼、应勿缓;父母命、行勿懒;

  事勿忙、忙多错;勿畏难、勿轻略;

  言语忍、忿自泯;斗闹场、绝勿近;

  道人恶、即是恶;扬人善、即是善;

  非圣书、屏勿视;蔽聪明、坏心智;

  勿自暴、勿自弃;圣与贤、可驯致等等,朗朗上口的话语中,会使你迅速领悟人生真谛,其中的道理简单易懂,便于学习应用。

  如何运用弟子规?诸葛长青认为可以做好三点:

  一是全文背诵好;

  二是指点学生孩子理解好;

  三是结合实际让孩子思考运用好。

  生活中,诸葛长青也发现,现在很多学校都开始重视弟子规教育。

  用弟子规教育学生、抓好班级管理非常好,因为简单方便效果好。

  这里,诸葛长青分享“龙川县实验小学 钟唯容”的学生教育方法:

  ----《弟子规》,班级管理中的“隐形翅膀”。

   广东省河源市龙川县实验小学 钟唯容:

  小学班主任工作繁琐而辛苦。在班级管理中,每个班主任都希望能借助一双“隐形的翅膀”“飞过绝望”,拥有美丽的太阳。

  开学初,我的脑子里也是“翻江倒海”困惑不已:现在的孩子越来越“出类拔萃”不按常规“出牌”,我该怎样管理班级,才能不让学生变成“没有规矩”的“调皮孩子”,又能把握好“收放”管理的“度”,让孩子们所有的梦想都开花?是老生常谈?还是“推陈出新”来个旧瓶装新酒?班级管理的指导思想和理念又是什么?是领导推着走,还是脚踩西瓜皮走到哪滑到哪?

  自学校开展《弟子规》教育实践活动后,我不禁茅塞顿开:

  《弟子规》字字珠玑,不愧是“童蒙养正”的上乘佳品!

  于是,我开始在班级管理中大胆尝试,让孩子们与经典同行,与《弟子规》为友,把它当成师生个人反省的镜子和行为的指针,收到了意想不到的效果。在此,我“抛砖引玉”,与大家一起共享《弟子规》带来的精神“盛宴”。

  策略一:选准突破口,在班规中渗透《弟子规》思想。

  诸葛长青:在班级中引入弟子规,非常好。

  良好的班规可以形成良好的学习氛围。在制定班规之前,我先组织学生学习《弟子规》,通过一段时间边读边学习边讨论,《弟子规》中许多行为规范自然而然地在孩子们的心里播下了种子。

  俗话说,“纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行”,我开始尝试把《弟子规》中的内容应用到班级管理中,让学生在一言一行中渗透《弟子规》礼仪,从“衣贵洁,不贵华”到“如何待人接物”;从“事虽小,勿擅为”到“言语忍,忿自泯”,从“房室清,墙壁净”“捡起身边的垃圾,维护公共卫生”;从“自爱、自重”到“宽容他人,不嘲笑犯错误的同学”……让孩子们明确是非观念,“非礼勿视、非礼勿听、非礼勿动”。

  这样,即使教师不在班里,学生心中都有一个“是非观念”在主持公道。譬如,我们班有个别学生“能言善辩”,总是不分场合“畅所欲言”,天天唾沫星子满天飞,让班里其他学生苦不堪言。

  于是,我便提议把《弟子规》中的“话说多,不如少,惟其是,勿佞巧”当做班规,让孩子们明白话语不在于说得多,更不宜花言巧语。管住自己的嘴,可以避免麻烦,更不会闹笑话。慢慢地,班里的学生做的多了,说的少了,同学之间因为“口舌”而引起争执的也逐渐少了。

   策略二:运用《弟子规》,巧妙处理同学。

   进入中年级,孩子们渐渐有了自己的主见,教师“侃侃而谈”的大道理往往让他们“嗤之以鼻”。在班级管理中,教师除了“严格要求,宽容大度,及时督促”外,可活用《弟子规》善待学生,处理偶发事件时坚持“说服为主,灌输为辅”的原则,也可达到“立竿见影”的效果。开学初,我班里的两个学生因为一些鸡毛蒜皮的小事而闹矛盾,甚至大打出手。看着那两个“斗红了眼的公鸡”,我知道,要是处理不当,他们之间的“纠纷”就会“剪不断,理还乱”了。我没有问他们两个谁对谁错,决定采用“冷处理”,让他们俩先反复念读“各自责,天清地宁;各相责,天翻地覆。”“行有不得,反求诸己”,各自反思自己的言行。最后再来“论理”谁对谁错。一段时间后,那两个同学开始自我反省以求对方谅解,看到他们“尽释前嫌”、“握手言欢”,我才“粉墨登场”,运用《弟子规》里的“无心非,名为错,有心非,名为恶,过能改,归于无,倘掩饰,增一辜”“凡是人,皆须爱,天同覆,地同载”,让他们知道同学之间亲如兄弟,懂得了友情的珍贵和宽容的可贵,吵架打架事件逐渐在我们班“销声匿迹”。

  世界上没有不犯错误的学生,正因为他们有这样那样的缺陷或问题,才需要我们教师的教育。又如学生偶尔忘记佩戴校章或红领巾被值日生扣了班里的量化分分,我没有一味指责他们,而是借用《弟子规》里的“冠必正,纽必结,袜与履,俱紧切,置冠服,有定位,勿乱顿,致污秽”提醒他们养成良好的生活习惯……

  因为天天跟随学校广播诵读《弟子规》,学生早已对此“耳熟能详”“熟读成诵”了。

  诸葛长青:如果学校十分重视弟子规,可以早晚通过学校广播,播放弟子规,无形中传播,潜移默化,加强学生记忆力,非常好。

  只要持之以恒,借助《弟子规》那“隐形的翅膀”来处理班级中出现的种种偶发事件,做班主任也不再觉得苦不堪言了。

  策略三:力行《弟子规》,创造积极向上的学习氛围。          《弟子规》里说“惟德学,惟才艺,不如人,当自励”。

  学生的主要任务是学习,而影响他们学习成绩的因素,除了个人主观努力外,还与同学之间的相互合作、相互帮助密切相关。

  首先,我根据《弟子规》里的“能亲仁,无限好,德日进,过日少,不亲仁,无限害,小人进,百事坏”,经常利用各种场合、各种机会,让学生介绍自己身边的榜样,让孩子们“看得见,摸得着”,“加把劲,赶得上”,让孩子们从榜样身上吸取力量、获取源泉,激发他们积极向上、自我完善的欲望,使学生逐渐由“他律”变成“自律”;

  其次是充分了解学生的各科学习状况,关注其发展,对学生停滞不前的学科从“理”上进行疏导,让孩子们明白:“读书法,有三到,心眼口,信皆要,方读此,勿慕彼,此未终,彼勿起,宽为限,紧用功,工夫到,滞塞通,心有疑,随札记,就人问,求确义”;而对学生取得的进步或面对挫折时则从“情”上及时鼓励他们“勿自暴,勿自弃,圣与贤,可驯致”,促使其良性发展。由此可见,教师只要做有心人,就能让《弟子规》细雨润物,潜移默化,激励学生积极向上,勇于拼搏。

  策略四:传承大爱,家校形成合力,共行《弟子规》。

  在与众多“问题学生”的家长接触后,我发现这些学生家长存有共同特点:不知道如何教育子女,以为棍棒之下出“孝子”,苛责之中出“蛟龙”,对孩子非打即骂,父母和孩子之间的距离变成了“咫尺天涯”;而且有的家长自身素养也有问题,老师教一套,家长教一套,让孩子无所适从,久而久之,使孩子的教育状况变成“5+2=0”(即学校花了五天时间进行正面教育,而一个双休日,在一些拉帮结派游手好闲的社会青年的教唆下,在父母的棍棒责骂的“推波助澜”中,孩子就学坏了,无心上学了)。

  从这可以看出,孩子的教育,需要家庭、社会、学校共同协作,如只靠学校教育这一根支柱,是很无助的。

  为此,我决心给学生补上缺失的家教“私德”课,而《弟子规》无疑是家校联合教育的切入口和结合点。

  首先,我借助学校举行的一系列教育活动,并有机结合《弟子规》来教导学生要感恩父母。例如“父母呼,应勿缓;父母命,行勿懒;父母教,须敬听;父母责,须顺承”,告诉我们每一个孩子在家必须要做到的最基本的事情,让学生学会体谅父母,帮着干点家务活,帮父母捶捶背、捏捏脖子以让家长消去一天的劳累,还要自觉完成作业,好好学习,让父母“省点心”……

  诸葛长青:记住,要让你的孩子孝敬父母,如果你的孩子孝敬你,你的孩子肯定就会学习好、肯定会有所成就。孝敬父母,是天地之间的大道啊。当然,做父母的要成为孩子榜样,带头孝敬老人。如果你做好了,你的孩子才会做好。你做的不好,你的孩子很难成就。

  其次,我还制定了一些评价式的表格,将每天的德行以加分的形式公布,评价有始有终,取得家长的关注和支持,学生慢慢养成了良好的品行习惯,在文明礼仪方面取得突破,同时也让学生家长潜移默化地受到《弟子规》的熏陶,也开始诵读《弟子规》,按照《弟子规》的要求“身体力行”,为构建和谐社会古邑龙川“添砖加瓦”。

   没有哪一种教育是一步到位的,《弟子规》也不可能包治百病,但它确实有其特定的“疗效”。教育无小事,教师无小节,班级就象一条链子,哪里断了都不行,所以,在班级管理中乘上《弟子规》这“东风”,既传承了传统文化,为创建和谐社会献上一双“隐形的翅膀”,又能让班级管理“忽如一夜春风来,千树万树梨花开”。 

  诸葛长青:弟子规,是学生成长的重要辅助工具。弟子规实际上包含了天地之道,包含了无穷的人生智慧。建议做父母的、当老师的认真学习弟子规,认真用好弟子规,这样,你就会发现,一切都在发生巨大的变化。
