Zhuge Changqing believed that a good entrepreneur should have a big mind and, as the sage Gao Tao said, should be modest and prudent, but also gather talents.

But why do you say that?

Zhuge Changqing believes that modesty and prudence will enable you to keep a clear head and make clear decisions at any time; The gathering of talents will enable you to have both civil and military skills and wisdom, and walk on the right path. With these two principles, you can experience "strategy planning, winning thousands of miles away".

It is very dangerous to ignore these two points no matter which dynasty, which entrepreneur or which billionaire you read through the ancient and modern history.

Chinese culture has a long history. China attaches great importance to these two principles in the sea of wisdom.

In ancient China, Emperor Shun had an outstanding minister named Gao Tao (g ā o yáo）。

He is a great statesman, thinker and educator in ancient times. He is recognized as the "ancestor of justice" by the historians and the judiciary. He put forward the idea of "rule of law" and "rule of virtue", which has an important impact on the ancient Chinese legal culture.

He once assisted the three outstanding emperors "Yao, Shun and Yu", and became the "four sages in ancient times" with the three emperors.

One day, Dayu and Gao Tao discussed the world's major events.

Dayu asked, "What do you think we should pay attention to as emperors?"

Gao Tao said, "If you want to learn to perform the virtue of the former king, you will make wise decisions without deviation, and ministers will also be loyal and united. That is what virtue carries."

Dayu asked, "You are right! But how can you do it?"

Gao Tao said, "As an emperor, first of all, you should have a basic principle in mind. This principle is to be strict with yourself, modest and prudent, and recruit talents from outside, and know people well.

Be modest and prudent with yourself, so that ministers will be close; At the same time, we should constantly improve our own quality, so as to maintain a leap of wisdom and quick thinking; Don't make your subordinates feel threatened and upset.

Zhuge Changqing: As an entrepreneur with certain strength, we must learn to be modest and prudent. Otherwise, we will face countless tests. This truth has been repeatedly verified through the ages. So why does pride go wrong? Because pride violates the law of heaven.

Recruiting talented people from outside will bring many talents. With talents, the world will be well governed. With the help of wise people, you will not only have far and constant wisdom, but also you will not have to work hard. "

Zhuge Changqing: What Gao Tao said is very philosophical, especially the recruitment of talents is very important. With talent, you will be more powerful. Think about it. King Wen of Zhou has Jiang Taigong, Zhu Yuanzhang has Liu Bowen, It's a leap in career and realm.

Yu was very impressed and said, "What you said is very reasonable. I should be modest and prudent to attract talents."

Gao Tao then said, "After all these things are done, the next step is to know people well and settle the hearts of the people. Let the right people do the right things, and let the people of the world feel happy to follow you."

Yu said, "Yes, it makes sense. I will try to do it well."

Zhuge Changqing wishes that every entrepreneur can be modest and prudent, recruit wise people, and make his career prosperous.

   企业家，带领一个团队打天下，很不容易。

    既要抓好产品、又要开辟市场，既要招兵买马、又要协调内外......。

   那么作为企业家，应当如何更好的领袖企业呢？

    诸葛长青认为，好的企业家应当有大胸怀，应当像圣贤皋陶所言一样，既要谦虚谨慎，又要凝聚贤才。

   为什么这样说呢？

    诸葛长青认为，谦虚谨慎，会使你任何时候都能够保持清醒头脑，决策明确；而凝聚贤才，会使你文武兼备、智慧不断，走在正确的道路上。有了这两条，你就可以体会“运筹帷幄之中、决胜千里之外”了。

   翻阅古今历史，不论是哪个朝代、哪个企业家、哪个亿万富翁，忽略这两点就会非常危险。

    中国文化，源远流长。我国智慧大海里，对这两条十分重视。

   我国古代舜帝，有一位杰出的大臣，名叫皋陶（gāo yáo）。

    他智慧超群，是上古时期伟大的政治家、思想家、教育家，被史学界和司法界公认为“司法鼻祖”，他提出了“法治”、“德治”思想，对中国古代法律文化有着重要影响。

   曾经辅佐“尧、舜、禹”三位杰出帝王，与三帝王并成为“上古四圣”。

   有一天，大禹和皋陶座谈天下大事。

   大禹问道：“您认为，作为帝王应当注意哪些事情呢？”

   皋陶说：“要学习履行先王的德政，就会决策英明，不会出偏差，大臣们也会忠心耿耿、团结一致。这就是厚德载物啊。”
 　　大禹问道：“你说的有道理！但是怎样才能做到呢？”
　　 皋陶说：“作为帝王首先要自己心里有一个基本的原则。这个原则就是对自己要严格要求、谦虚谨慎，对外招聘贤才、知人善任。

    对自己谦虚谨慎，这样大臣就会亲近；同时要不断提升自身素养，这样就会保持智慧飞跃、思维敏捷；不要使属下感到危机重重、心神不宁。

  诸葛长青：作为有一定实力的企业家，必须学会谦虚谨慎。否则就会面临数不清的考验。古往今来，反复验证了这个道理。那么为什么骄傲会出问题呢？因为，骄傲违背了天道......。

   对外招聘贤才，就会人才济济，有了人才，天下就很好治理了。贤才辅佐，您就会既有远远不断的智慧，而且您也不用劳累了。”

   诸葛长青：皋陶说的很有哲理了，尤其是招用贤才非常重要。有了人才，你就会如虎添翼。想一想，周文王有了姜太公、朱元璋有了刘伯温......，真是事业飞跃、境界飞跃啊。
　　 禹十分佩服的赞叹说：“您说的很有道理，我要谦虚谨慎、吸引贤才。”
　　 皋陶接着说：“这些做好了，接下来就是知人善任、安定民心。让合适的人才干合适的事情，让天下子民感到跟随您很开心快乐。”
　　 禹说：“是啊，很有道理，我要努力去做好这些。”

   诸葛长青祝愿每位企业家，都能够谦虚谨慎、招用贤人，使自己的事业江山万里、辉煌不断。
