 The Supreme Master said the Mind Sutra: If you are a monk, first look at his mind

The Supreme Master said the Mind Sutra: If you are a monk, first look at his mind

If you are a monk, look at his heart first. The heart is the god, and the movement and tranquility follow the heart.

----Zhuge Changqing

On the way forward in life, the key is to take care of your heart. "Heart" is very important.

This is true of family, career, study and practice.

Many practitioners of Taoism, some of them have irritability, anxiety, and some of them have mind-seeking behavior. They regard cultivation as a very casual thing.

There are also many people who "fish for three days and bask in the net for two days". They are not sincere, but only occasionally.

The lack of inner peace leads to fruitless practice. On the contrary, it is useless to practice.

So, Tai Shanglaojun wrote the "Tai Shanglaojun Says Heart Sutra" and spread it to the world, so that more people can manage their own "heart".

The Sutra of the Supreme Master and the Old Prince's Heart is from the article category of the Dongshen Department of the Orthodox Taoist Collection.

Tai Shanglaojun hopes that if all practitioners want to make a leap, the key is to learn to calm their hearts first.

Zhuge Changqing believed that the content of Tai Shanglaojun's "Heart Sutra" was brief and pointed directly at the heart of the people, enabling people to quickly understand its connotation. Yes, whether you are practicing at home or at home, if you can't manage your heart well, it will be difficult to achieve. As Tai Shanglaojun said, "We can't help our hearts, we can't do anything in vain, we can't help our gods". Take good care of your heart.

"The Supreme Master said the Heart Sutra" said:

If you are a monk, look at his heart first. The heart is the god, and the movement and tranquility follow the heart;

The heart is still. The heart is the root of disaster, and the heart is the Taoism.

Don't move or stay still, don't think or save, don't move or move, and follow your heart.

The heart is true, the heart is true; The heart has no place to live;

If there is no hold, no hold turns true; Nothing is empty, nothing is real.

Laojun said:

I have come from immeasurable plunder, and I have learned the Tao, even nihility.

What do you get? For all sentient beings, we should strengthen our reputation and gain the way.

Laojun said:

I can't understand the minds of all living beings. I have done nothing to destroy the gods.

Without heart, we will be doomed forever. According to our holy religion, we should embrace the truth at ease.

Zhuge Changqing: Blessed life is limitless. The heart is fundamental. If you want to practice diligently, it is most important to take care of your heart. Many people fail in practice because they can't control their hearts. If you are distracted, you will go farther and farther. The Supreme Lord Laojun said very well, "The heart is the root of the disaster, and the heart is the Taoism".

"The Supreme Master said the Heart Sutra"

If you are a monk, look at his heart first. The heart is the god, and the movement and tranquility follow the heart;

The heart is still. The heart is the root of disaster, and the heart is the Taoism.

Don't move or stay still; There is no movement without heart.

The heart is true, the heart is true; The heart has no place to live;

I can't see the minds of all living beings. It is a futile disaster.

Without heart, we will be doomed forever. According to our holy religion, we should embrace the truth at ease.

  若夫修道,先观其心。心为神主,动静从心;

  了心真性,了性真心;心无所住,住无所心;
