Zhuge Changqing believes that practice is the way to correct your wrong behavior, make yourself go along the right path, enlighten your wisdom, and achieve a good goal (becoming Buddha, becoming immortal, and becoming sage can all be).

What are the good ways to practice?

Zhuge Changqing recommended the "Bodhisattva's Six Degrees Cultivation Method".

The so-called Bodhisattva's six-degree practice is -- giving, keeping precepts, enduring humiliation, improving, meditating, and wisdom.

If you practice at home and are busy with your work, how can you do it well?

We can do a good job in Zhuge Changqing's "Five in One" of the National Studies Reform.

Zhuge Changqing's "five in one" of the traditional Chinese culture is: repentance, almsgiving, release, chanting, and vegetarian.

These three stages can be regarded as the standard for everyone to judge their level of practice on the way to practice, and also as the driving force to promote their progress. Keep your mind clear and work hard.

Zhuge Changqing believes that on the path of practice, except for a few people who have been "rooted in good, blessed, and conditioned" to leap directly to the level of Buddha and Bodhisattva, most people still need to step on the practical and progressive practice. Most practitioners go through three stages. amitabha. It is very important for practitioners to understand and grasp the three stages of practice.

Today, Zhuge Changqing said that it is easy for everyone to understand, make the heart of those who are destined clear, judge themselves, find out their weaknesses, and solve the problem of cultivation in a targeted way, which is conducive to the next step of cultivation.

The first is the primary stage: full of passion. Because of a certain chance, those who have the chance to come into contact with Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, the wisdom of Buddhism, the detachment of Taoism, and the sage realm of Confucianism are very happy. Wow, I met a baby. Hurry to learn to practice. So, they made a vow to work hard. Some made a vow to do good and accumulate virtue, to be sages, some made a vow to become immortals, and some made a vow to break away from the bitter sea and achieve Buddha and Bodhisattva.

Zhuge Changqing found that many beginners at this stage are still full of passion, enthusiasm and dedication. For example, I enjoy reading all kinds of scriptures and listening to the video of the Dharma Master's teachings; Joy in building blog space and sending more articles on Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism; Happy to share and exchange Dharma with others; Joyful efforts to improve and promote themselves; Rejoice in releasing life and doing good; Joy in giving food, chanting Buddha, printing scriptures and so on. He even vowed to learn from Buddha Sakyamuni, Lao Tzu, Confucius, dedicate himself, promote Buddhism, live by himself, and make a wish for the benefit of the world

This stage is the primary stage experienced by many practitioners. It is also the initial way to practice. Everything is full of curiosity and novelty. It seems that children enter the big garden, look here and move there, full of freshness, curiosity and excitement.

At this stage, it is very important for people to do well and lay the foundation for success; If you can't do it well, it's what the ancients said: "three minutes of blood", "three days of fishing, two days of net drying". Zhuge Changqing met many novices of practice, and this was the beginning. Of course, there were also those who doubted at the beginning and then slowly got on the right track.

The second is the intermediate stage: accept the training. In this period of time, all kinds of tests come face to face. The practitioners were overwhelmed, and they gradually became suspicious, wavering, and entangled.

For example: dead relatives dream, family abuse, husband (wife) children annoy you, parents eat meat in front of you, superiors suddenly find your fault, friends laugh at your superstition, and other family tests;

For example: laziness, sleeping late, greed, jealousy, resentment, complaint, doubt, irritability, greed, anger, ignorance, slow doubt and other karmic tests;

For example, suddenly seeing a beautiful woman, meeting a handsome man, yellow video, enviing the house money, facing the wine bureau, killing animals and eating meat, killing thieves and indulging in alcohol, wealth, sex, fame, food and sleep, and other life tests;

For example, sudden illness, constant colds, physical weakness, bad mood, unhappy work and other kinds of hostile creditors, attached beings, and predestined creatures come to the door for debt collection tests;

For example, Buddha, Bodhisattva, good gods, ghosts and gods try you by pretending to be beautiful and handsome, deliberately letting you eat meat, and posing as a roadside beggar to test you;

For example, nearby immortal families will also take the opportunity to see if there is any chance to steal your energy. When you find that you still have lust, take the opportunity to become a beautiful woman or a handsome man to lure you to steal your energy, and take the opportunity to fake Buddha and Bodhisattva to let you do something, and so on. Some will also tell you in a dream that practice is not interesting and so on.

amitabha. Zhuge Changqing contacted many predestined people and found that the test was different for different causes and effects. This stage is the most difficult, and many people will be troubled, upside down and confused.

In the process of spreading Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and in the process of spreading the five-in-one culture of traditional Chinese culture, such as repentance, almsgiving, release, recitation, and vegetarianism, Zhuge Changqing met many predestined people who could not stand the test. For example, releasing and feeding, some people are confident, continue and make rapid progress; Some people doubted while doing it, and finally complained that it would not work to set free and give food. Some people will doubt whether practice works? Just take care of yourself. Why do you wish to spread the Dharma? Therefore, some people have made a great wish to promote Dharma and forgot that the established blog space for promoting Dharma has been abandoned, even making excuses not to chant Buddha or not to release life, and some making excuses to sleep late, and so on.

amitabha. Zhuge Changqing believes that this stage is like climbing a mountain. When you reach the top of the mountain, it is the most tiring and hardest.

What should I do at this time? amitabha. Zhuge Changqing believes that we should strengthen our confidence, persevere, encourage ourselves to go forward, and continue to make progress through positive vision, positive thinking, positive language, positive work, positive destiny, positive convenience, positive thinking, positive determination. As long as you persist, you will reach the top of the mountain; If you stop, you can't climb to the top of the mountain. It may take the next generation to have a chance.

Zhuge Changqing believes that it is better not to participate in the six paths of reincarnation, and go all out to sprint into the Buddha world.

amitabha. We should cherish this life opportunity!!

Life is rare and we have learned it. Buddhism is hard to smell and we have heard it.

This body is not for this life, but for what life.

This stage of training and testing is the key to practice. If you rush past, you are the achievers; It is difficult to achieve if you can't rush through.

At this time, we need the guidance and encouragement of teachers, the encouragement of fellow practitioners, and the determination and improvement of ourselves, otherwise we will not climb to the top of the mountain. Those who have a chance can try Zhuge Changqing Traditional Chinese Medicine (repentance, almsgiving, release, chanting, vegetarian), and use five great powers to push you up, so that you can successfully sprint through.

Zhuge Changqing believes that if you have a big wish to help others, you should rush through this stage.

Why? Just like the epiphany sent to Zhuge Changqing by the predestined person "Merciful Avalokitesvara", said: "Because I need to experience strong winds and waves to help others, I can only see the rainbow after experiencing the wind and rain. Only after I have experienced the test can I know how to help others to pass through the crisis, can I drive the boat to lead the predestined person to fly to the other side of happiness and return to the quiet and comfortable home.

The third is the advanced stage: breakthrough. amitabha. At this stage, we have slowly entered the state of Buddha and Bodhisattva, and gradually entered the stage of self-rating and self-rating. At this time, I have been firm and pure in my heart. I have done a lot of merit, enlightened a lot of wisdom, planted a lot of karma, exceeded most of the creditors, removed the wealth, fame, appetite, greed, hatred, ignorance, slowness, etc. I have learned to look down on everything, to take it easy and look down on time. Learn to see the world and problems with the eyes of Buddha and Bodhisattva. We have gradually achieved full achievements and wisdom, and achieved full karma and inner peace.

As the Buddha Sakyamuni said in the Vajra Prajna Paramita Sutra, "there is no self, human, living beings, and longevity". "When life is like a heart, I should destroy all living beings. Destroy all living beings, but there is no one who really destroys". "All appearances are vanity". "All things that can be done are like dreams and bubbles, like dew and electricity, and should be viewed as such".

As the "Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra" says, when the Bodhisattva observes the freedom and practices the Prajna Paramita deeply, he can see that the five implications are empty and overcome all the hardships. Buddhist relics, color does not differ from emptiness, emptiness does not differ from color, color is emptiness, emptiness is color, and the same is true for people who want to know. The Buddhist relics are the empty forms of all dharma, which are immortal, neither dirty nor clean, nor increase or decrease. Therefore, there is no color in the air, no perception, no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, no color, sound, smell, touch, vision, or even unconsciousness. No ignorance, no ignorance, no old death, no old death. Without suffering, you will destroy the Tao, and without wisdom, you will have no gain. With no gain, Bodhisattva, according to Prajna Paramita, has no worry, no worry, no fear, and is far away from the inverted dream. Three generations of Buddhas, according to Prajna Paramita, have attained Anuttarasambhuti. It is known that Prajna Paramita is a great god mantra, a great ming mantra, a supreme mantra, a nirvana mantra, which can eliminate all suffering and is true. Therefore, the Prajna Paramita Mantra is said to be: Jiedi Jiedi Polo Jiedi Polo Monk Jiedi Bodhisattva Maha.

amitabha. Zhuge Changqing wishes all those who are destined to break through the second hurdle and successfully enter the third stage.

   福生无量天尊。
   修行,可以解除烦恼、化解债主。
   修行,可以提升福报、推动果报。
   修行,可以去除烦恼、开悟智慧。
   那么,什么是修行?
   诸葛长青认为,修行就是修正自己的错误行为,使自己沿着正确道路前进,开悟智慧,到达美好目标的方法(成佛、成神仙、成圣贤都可以)。
   有什么修行的好方法?
   诸葛长青推荐“菩萨六度修行法”。
   所谓菩萨六度修行法就是--布施、持戒、忍辱、精进、禅定、智慧。
   如果在家修行,工作很忙,如何简单的做好修行?
   可以做好

   诸葛长青“国学改运五合一”就是:忏悔、施食、放生、念诵、吃素。

  那么,修行路上要注意那些事情呢?
   诸葛长青认为,最重要的是认识修行的三个阶段。
   今天,诸葛长青和修行的有缘者说说修行的三个阶段。
   这三个阶段,可以作为大家修行路上,判断自己修行层次的标准,也看做是促进自己精进的动力。让自己时刻保持清醒之心,努力奋进。
   诸葛长青认为,修行路上,除了少数累世“善根具足、福德具足、因缘具足”直接飞跃到佛菩萨层次之外,多数人还是要脚踏实际的精进修行。多数修行人会经历三个阶段。
阿弥陀佛。修行者认识、把握这修行的三个阶段,非常重要。
   今天诸葛长青说出来,便于大家内心明白,让有缘者内心清晰明了,判断自己,找准自己的弱点,有针对性的解决修行问题,有利于下一步修行。
    第一是初级阶段:充满激情。因为某种机缘,有缘者接触到国学儒释道,接触了佛法的智慧、道家的超脱、儒家的圣贤境界,于是很开心。哇,遇到宝贝了,赶紧学习修行。于是,发心发愿努力奋进,有的发愿行善积德,做圣贤、有的发愿成神仙、有的发愿脱离苦海成就佛菩萨。
   诸葛长青发现,很多初学者这个阶段,还是很充满激情、热血沸腾,全力以赴。譬如:欢喜阅读各类经书、听闻法师讲法视频;欢喜建博客空间、多发儒释道文章;欢喜与人分享佛法、交流佛法;欢喜努力精进、促进自己;欢喜放生,欢喜行善;欢喜施食,欢喜念佛,欢喜印经书等等。甚至发愿,要向佛祖释迦牟尼佛学习、向老子学习、向孔子学习,奉献自己,弘扬佛法,自度而度人,发愿造福苍生.....
   这个阶段,是很多修行者经历的初级阶段。也是初步进入修行之路,一切都充满好奇新鲜感。好像小孩子进了大花园,看看这里、动动那里,充满着新鲜、好奇、激动。
   这个阶段,对人很重要,做好了,就奠定了成功基础;做不好,就是古人说的“三分钟热血”“三天打鱼、两天晒网”。诸葛长青接触很多修行初学者,一开始是这样的。当然,也有一开始就怀疑,后来慢慢进入正轨的。
   第二是阶中级阶段:接受磨练。进入这一段时间,各类考验扑面而来。让修行者应接不暇,内心慢慢产生怀疑心、动摇心、纠结心等等。
   譬如:去世亲人托梦、家人辱骂、先生(太太)孩子让你烦、父母偏偏在你面前大口吃肉、上级忽然找你的毛病、朋友笑话你迷信等等亲情考验;
   譬如:懒惰、睡懒觉、贪婪、嫉妒、怨恨、抱怨、怀疑、脾气暴躁、贪嗔痴慢疑等业力业障考验;
   譬如:忽然看见美女、遇到帅哥、黄色视频、羡慕房屋金钱、面临酒局、杀生吃肉、杀盗妄淫酒、财色名食睡等生活考验;
   譬如:忽然生病、总是感冒、身体虚弱、心情不好、工作不开心等各类冤亲债主、附体众生、有缘生灵上门讨债考验;
   譬如:佛菩萨、善神、鬼神等通过托梦扮美女帅哥诱惑你、故意让你吃肉、化作路边乞丐考验你等考试题来考试考验;
   譬如:附近修行的仙家等也会趁机来看看,有没有偷你能量的机会。发现你还有情欲之心,就趁机托梦变成美女、帅哥诱惑你来偷取你的能量,就趁机假冒佛菩萨让你做一些事情等等。有的也会托梦等告诉你修行没意思等等。
   阿弥陀佛。诸葛长青接触很多有缘者,发现,
不同的累世因果,考验也不一样。这个阶段最为不容易,很多人会因此烦恼重重、颠颠倒倒、迷惑不定。
   诸葛长青在传播国学儒释道过程中,在传播国学五合一的忏悔、施食、放生、念诵、吃素等文化过程中,接触了很多经受不住考验的有缘者。譬如放生、施食,有的人信心坚定,持续进行,进展神速;有的人一边做一边怀疑,最后还抱怨放生、施食不管用。也有的人会怀疑,修行管用吗?管好自己就行了,何必发愿弘法度人?于是,有的人发过的弘法大愿忘了,建立的弘法博客空间荒废了,甚至找借口不念佛、不放生,有的找借口睡懒觉等等。
   阿弥陀佛。诸葛长青认为,这个阶段就像爬山,当你快到山顶的时候,是最累最辛苦的
   这时候怎么办?
阿弥陀佛。诸葛长青认为,要坚定信心、持之以恒,鼓励自己加油前进,要正见、正思维、正语、正业、正命、正方便、正念、正定,持续精进。只要坚持下去,就会到山顶;如果停止了,就无法爬到山顶,可能需要下一世才有机会。
   诸葛长青认为,最好不要参与六道轮回,全力以赴冲刺,进入佛界。  
   阿弥陀佛。大家要珍惜此生机会啊!!
   人生难得今已得,佛法难闻今已闻。
   此身不向今生度,更待何生度此身。

   这个磨练考验阶段是修行关键,冲过去,就是成就者;冲不过去,就很难成就。
   这时候,需要老师引导鼓励、需要同修彼此鼓励,更需要自己下决心精进,否则就会爬不到山顶。有缘者可以尝试诸葛长青国学五合一(忏悔、施食、放生、念诵、吃素),用五种巨大力量把你推上去,让你顺利冲刺过关。
   诸葛长青认为,如果你有度人的大愿,这个阶段,更要冲刺过去。
   为什么?正如有缘者“慈悲观世音”给诸葛长青发来的顿悟感应说:因为要度他人,本人更需要经历大风大浪,只有经历风雨才会见彩虹,只有自己经历了考验才知道怎样度众生冲过关头,才会驾驶度人舟,带领有缘者飞向清净自在的幸福彼岸,回到清静自在的家园。
   第三是高级阶段:突破自我。阿弥陀佛。这个阶段,已经慢慢进入佛菩萨境界,慢慢进入了自度度人、实无所度阶段。这个时候,已经内心坚定、内心清净,自己做了很多功德、开悟许多智慧、种下诸多因缘,超度了多数债主,去掉了财色名食睡、贪嗔痴慢疑等。已经学会看淡一切,学会从容不迫,看淡时间云烟。学会用佛菩萨眼睛看世界、看问题。已经慢慢功德具足、智慧具足,因缘具足,内心平和。
   正如世尊释迦牟尼佛在《金刚般若波罗蜜经》中所说:“无我相、人相、众生相、寿者相”。“当生如是心,我应灭度一切众生。灭度一切众生已,而无有一众生实灭度者”。“凡所有相,皆是虚妄”。“一切有为法,如梦幻泡影,如露亦如电,应作如是观”。
   正如《般若波罗蜜多心经》所说:观自在菩萨,行深般若波罗蜜多时,照见五蕴皆空,度一切苦厄。舍利子,色不异空,空不异色,色即是空,空即是色,受想行识,亦复如是。舍利子,是诸法空相,不生不灭,不垢不净,不增不减。是故空中无色,无受想行识,无眼耳鼻舌身意,无色声香味触法,无眼界,乃至无意识界。无无明,亦无无明尽,乃至无老死,亦无老死尽。无苦集灭道,无智亦无得。以无所得故,菩提萨埵,依般若波罗蜜多故,心无罣碍,无罣碍故,无有恐怖,远离颠倒梦想,究竟涅磐。三世诸佛,依般若波罗蜜多故,得阿耨多罗三藐三菩提。故知般若波罗蜜多,是大神咒,是大明咒,是无上咒,是无等等咒,能除一切苦,真实不虚。故说般若波罗蜜多咒,即说咒曰:揭谛揭谛波罗揭谛 波罗僧揭谛 菩提萨婆诃。
   阿弥陀佛。诸葛长青祝福天下有缘者,冲破第二关,圆满进入第三阶段。
