Confucius said, "How to govern? The core of governing is to educate the people with morality and to benefit the people with benevolence. This will be very successful. If we do this, the leader will become the spiritual leader of the people like the North Star in the sky. To put an analogy, the emperor will live in a certain position, and the stars will surround it."

One day, Ji Kangzi asked Confucius, "What should we do to make the people respect, be loyal and work hard to the people in power?"

Confucius said, "If you treat the people with a solemn attitude, they will respect you; if you are filial to your parents and kind to your children, the people will be loyal to you; if you choose the kind people and educate the poor people, the people will encourage each other and redouble their efforts.

It is very important to educate people and employees.

The Book of Rites. The Book of Learning once pointed out that "teaching is the first thing in building the country and governing the people." This sentence means that education is the most priority and the most important thing in building the country and managing public affairs.

Zhuge Changqing believes that it is very important for a country, an organization or an enterprise to carry out the education work seriously. Seriously educated, those who break the law can be severely punished; It is appropriate for leaders who have not been educated and have violated the law to punish themselves first.

Confucius advocated that education should be first, and strengthened the education of the people from the aspects of filial piety, etiquette, and observing the system.

Confucius said, "Use legal prohibitions to guide the people and use criminal law to restrain them. The people just want to avoid being punished for crimes, but lose their sense of shame. Use moral education to guide the people and use etiquette to unify the people's words and deeds. The people will not only have a sense of shame, but also abide by the rules."

Zhuge Changqing: It is very important to educate the people. It can be regarded as the foundation for a stable country.

帝王领袖领导艺术：为政以德、譬若北辰

领导者行善积德、造福苍生，就好像天上北极星一样，受人尊敬。

　　作为帝王领袖，最为重要的是行善积德、造福苍生。

  一切组织、团队的领导者，都应有这样的思想。

   孔子说：“如何执政呢？执政的核心是以道德教化百姓、以仁心造福苍生，这样做就会很圆满。这样做了，那么领导者就会像天上的北极星那样成为民众的精神领袖。打个比喻说，帝王居于一定的方位，而群星都会环绕在它的周围。”

   有一天，季康子问孔子说：“要使老百姓对当政的人尊敬、尽忠而努力干活，该怎样去做呢？”

　　孔子说：“你用庄重的态度对待老百姓，他们就会尊敬你；你对父母孝顺、对子弟慈祥，百姓就会尽忠于你；你选用善良的人，又教育能力差的人，百姓就会互相勉励，加倍努力了。

　　教化百姓、员工十分重要。

  《礼记.学记》曾经指出：“建国君民,教学为先。” 这句话的意思是建设国家,管理公众事务,教育为最优先、最重要的事情。

  诸葛长青认为，不论是一个国家、一个组织、一个企业，认真开展教化工作十分重要。认真教育了，有违法的就可以严惩；未曾教育，有违法的，领导者首先要自己惩罚自己，这样才是合适的。

  孔子主张教化在先，从孝道、礼节、守制度等方面入手加强对民众的教育。

  孔子说：“用法制禁令去引导百姓，使用刑法来约束他们，老百姓只是求得免于犯罪受惩，却失去了廉耻之心；用道德教化引导百姓，使用礼制去统一百姓的言行，百姓不仅会有羞耻之心，而且也就守规矩了。”

   诸葛长青：教育人心十分重要，可以看做安邦定国的基础。

  阿弥陀佛。诸恶莫作，众善奉行。持之以恒、有求必应。
