  According to Zhuge Changqing, cultivation = correcting one's wrongdoings and reaching a high level of quality.

  Therefore, Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism all preach cultivation.

  Since Zhuge Changqing took the vow to promote national and traditional culture, he has released many knowledge on Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and military science.

  In order to help those who have the desire to learn Chinese traditional culture quickly and improve themselves, Zhuge Changqing and his assistants have also answered queries on many occasions.

    Teacher Zhuge Changqing combined his own method of practice and told those who have the right to do so.

  How does one practise?

  Zhuge Changqing tells those who have a connection how to practise.

  Zhuge Changqing's method of practice is.

  One is to study seriously, two is to think seriously, and three is to practice seriously.

  The combination of the three will lead to rapid progress.

   First, serious study.

  To study seriously means to study carefully what the teacher has taught.

   1, first of all, seriously study Zhuge Changqing teacher's Sina blog blog posts. In particular, learn the "Five in One" (repentance, food giving, life release, chanting and vegetarianism) and then practice it carefully.

   2. Secondly, learn what you like about Chinese studies. Whatever you study, study carefully what your teacher has taught you. For example, if you practice martial arts, you should study the knowledge of martial arts taught by your teacher; if you study Zhou Yi, you should study your teacher's knowledge of Zhou Yi; if you like to study Zhuge Changqing's teacher's knowledge of life release, food giving and Buddhism, you should study each article carefully, and then carefully read the messages and comments answering the content behind each article. This way you will learn the knowledge quickly.

  It is by studying carefully that you will understand the essence of your teacher's wisdom.

   To think seriously is to think carefully about the wisdom of the teacher.

  Think about why they say that? Do you really understand it?

  Is what you are doing right?

  Have you combined it with reality?

  Have you done it seriously?

  Thinking seriously is the way to make yourself grow quickly.

  Confucius said, "Thinking without learning is dangerous, learning without thinking is reckless.

  Learn and think at the same time, and you will make rapid progress.

  Many of those who are fortunate enough to learn from Mr Zhuge Changqing's knowledge and think at the same time, soon become people who understand Chinese studies. So: learning + thinking = rapid progress.

  For example, once you have learned the little ninety-nine mnemonics, think about how to apply them. If you use it this way in Beijing, you should also use it this way in Nanjing. You have to learn to think and apply it flexibly.

   Thirdly, practice carefully.

   To practise means to put the teacher's knowledge into practice and to verify the learning in practice.

  Many people, after reading the teacher's methods of honouring their parents, releasing life and giving food and doing good deeds, immediately take action and their lives change dramatically. But some, after reading for over a year, do not take action. There is no doubt that there is a gap in such a life.

  Mao Zedong gave an example back then: the best way to know the taste of a pear is to go and taste it.

  Zhuge Changqing agreed that after learning knowledge, without applying it and practising it, you can hardly appreciate the feeling of it.

  Confucius' forefather taught us that learning and practising is not the same as being happy.

  For good knowledge, it is important to practice it carefully.

  Practice is the only criterion to test the truth.

   什么是修行？

  为了帮助有缘者迅速了解学习中国传统文化，提升自身素质，诸葛长青老师和助手也曾经多次解答过疑问。

    诸葛长青老师结合自己的修行方法，告诉有缘者。

  修行的方法就是：师傅领进门，修行在个人。

  如何修行呢？

  诸葛长青把修行的方法告诉有缘者。

  诸葛长青老师的修行方法就是：

  一是认真学习、二是认真思考、三是认真实践。

  三者结合，进步神速。

   一是认真学习。

  认真学习，就是认真学习老师教导过的知识。

   1、首先，认真学习诸葛长青老师新浪博客博文。尤其是学好“国学改运五合一”（忏悔、施食、放生、念诵、吃素），然后认真实践。

   2、其次，学习你喜欢的国学内容。不论你学习什么，都要认真学习老师教育过的知识。譬如：你是练武功的，就要学习老师传授的武术知识；你是研究周易的，就要学习老师的周易知识，你喜欢学习诸葛长青老师的放生、施食佛学等知识，就要认真学习每一篇文章，然后认真看每篇文章后面的留言、评论解答内容。这样你会迅速学习到知识。

  认真学习，你才会理解老师的智慧精华。

  如果你是初学者，以一定要做到反复学习，这样才会理解精华。

  3、经常复习学习内容。孔子先师说：温故而知新，可以为师矣。

  很多有缘者，认真学习诸葛长青老师的知识后，已经成为了老师，传播了很多国学知识。

  二是认真思考。

   认真思考，就是认真思考老师的智慧。

  思考为什么这么说？自己是否真正理解？

  自己做的是否到位？

  自己是否结合实际？

  自己是否认真去做了？

  认真思考，是使自己迅速成长的方法。

  孔子先师说：思而不学则殆，学而不思则罔。

  一边学习、一边思考，你就会进步神速。

  很多有缘者一边学习诸葛长青老师知识，一边思考，很快成为理解国学的人。所以：学习+思考=进步神速。

  譬如小九九口诀，学会了之后，要思考如何运用。在北京这样用，在南京也是这样用，要学会灵活思考、灵活运用啊。

   三是认真实践。

   实践，就是把老师的知识用到实践中，在实践中验证学习。

  很多人看了老师的孝敬父母、放生施食行善等方法之后，立刻行动，人生发生了巨大变化。可有些人，看了一年多，也不行动。毫无疑问，这样的人生是有差距的。

  毛泽东当年举过一个例子：要知道梨子的味道，最好的方法是去尝一尝。

  诸葛长青一致认为，学了知识，不去运用、不去实践，你很难体会其中的感受。

  孔子先师教导我们说：学而时习之，不亦乐乎？

  对于好的知识，一定要认真实践。

  实践是检验真理的唯一标准。

 戒杀与放生的行为包括哪些

 1. Do not kill a living being with your own hands.

　　2. Do not abet others to kill.

　　3. Do not help others to kill.

　　4. Abstain from eating meat.

　　5. Do not engage in trades related to killing.

　　6、Whenever there is worship, regardless of what is being worshipped, use vegetarian dishes, flowers and fruit, not animal gifts.

　　7. If you see someone killing a human being, you should discourage them or buy the animal to be slaughtered with money and release it. If this does not work, or if the person does not sell the animal, then you should have compassion for the slaughtered animal, and even better if you can recite the Buddha's name or mantra for it.

　　8. Do not abuse the animal.

　　9、Other actions that are contrary to killing.

　　10. Abstain from killing and releasing animals yourself, and advise others to do the same. 

   1、不亲手杀生。

　　2、不教唆别人杀生。

　　3、不帮助别人杀生。

　　4、戒除肉食。

　　5、不从事与杀生有关的行业。

　　6、凡有祭拜，不管拜的是什么，一律用素菜、鲜花、水果，不用牲礼。

　　7、见人杀生，应加劝阻，或用钱将临宰之动物买而放之。若劝阻无效，或他不卖，则应对被杀之动物起同情心，若能为它念佛号或往生咒更好。

　　8、不虐待动物。

　　9、其他与杀生行为相反之行为。

　　10、自己戒杀放生，也劝别人戒杀放生。
